      We first purchased Milgard Windows and Doors in 2010 and had been happy with them for years. We even bought more last year during a remodel. Unfortunately, since May 2024 we've received the worst customer service. Our sliding glass door hasn't been working properly for months now. We've had 3 different service appointments get canceled the day of service and then given a new date between 1-3 months in the future. The whole process has been a complete waste of time and unfortunately still is not resolved. This is not a company I would recommend and will not use in the future.

      Technician arrived early and the window was replaced within a short period of time. As mentioned elsewhere, the scheduling was more of an issue as it required multiple attempts to get the window replaced due to 1) one technician quitting prior to the first appointment 2) another time when the replacement glass had not been made and we were not contacted that the second appointment had been cancelled (waited most of the day for that non-event). We had success on the 3rd attempt in which the window was installed some 5 weeks after the first appointment. So good on the technician that came to fix it but poor on the corporate end.

      We have been extremely with Milgard during the 20 years that we have had their windows. We have 30 plus Milgard windows throughout our house. The company follows up quickly with all warranty issues, and their employees are responsive and professional. We recommend them highly.

      I have had my Milguard windows for over 31 years. Had very few problems, but when I do they still repair them at no cost. I've never seen a better warranty or customer service.

      My wife and I were extremely pleased with Milgard's repair service which we would grade as excellent. Service providers were efficient and friendly. We have owned our home for 25 years and Milgard honored its warranty for our windows. Our patio slider was also repaired and works smoothly again. Thank you.
