On Nov 15, 2024 I placed an order for 5 items (womans shirts) 3 were for myself and 2 were to be given as gifts. Total cost $109.62. I received the items on Dec 10, 2024. Even though I ordered a size larger than I normally wear, the 3 shirts for myself were too small. The quality of the other 2 shirts was extremely poor. They certainly didnt look like the advertised pictures. I could not give them as gifts. I immediately contacted the company via their email address ************************************ asking for return instructions and explaining why I wanted to return the shirts. I received no reply so I re-sent my original message on the 12th of Dec. on the 19th of Dec I received a reply offering me a 20% discount coupon if I would keep the items. Also explaining that I would be responsible if the return shipping costs. I responded that I would gladly pay the shipping costs and once again asked for a return name and address On the 20th I received a response offering me a 30% coupon if I kept the items. I refused and asked for return instructions. On Dec 26 I still had not received any info from them. Their website says there is a 30 day window for returns. I wrote that I would not be bound by that policy since they were causing the delay. They responded still no update from the financial manager . On Dec 31 I again asked for return instructions. On Dec 4 I ordered a sweater from Comstylish. When I received it ***** nothing like advertised. Even the name of the products says it is a floral glitter embroidered knitted sweater. The products I got is none of those things. This is complete.falae advertising. I am looking for a full refund of any money spent to this company. But the real issue is they should not be allowed to do this. They even have reviews about the product saying how beautiful of a sweater it is. It is a complete scam.Initial Complaint

On 3/14/2024, I ordered several items from Comstylish. I received some of the items in a partial shipment, However, I never received two remaining items (black cat T-shirt and vintage floral T-shirt), despite my emails on 5/19/2024 and 7/3/2024 requesting either a refund or the 2 items. From the moment I received the damages clothing I responded to the company. They have continued to put me off with "coupons" and "waiting for financial manager response. I am trying to return a sweater to Comstylish that I ordered online. It is not the product I ordered and it does not look like the product I ordered. It is impossible to find out where the product can be returned. The phone number on the website is never answered and the address is apparently a gas station. On October 13, 2024 I ordered two items from this company. I received two products that were different than what was advertised on their website. It was very obvious they displayed photographs on their website and reproduced the product very cheaply. I contacted the company by email and requested a refund. I attached my photographs of the products I received and a copy of their return policy. They explained it was too expensive to return to *****, so they asked me to accept a 20% off coupon. I placed two orders with a company listed as Comstylish [**************************] on October 18, 2024. [The business address is listed as ***********************************************************************************************************.] Two sweaters on Order # VG00192843 ($77.97) and two more sweaters on order # VG00192841 ($83.98) I used ****** and the payments went to "Life Be Wonderful" as the business. The items are NOT AT ALL what was pictured. I was promised Vintage Icelandic knit seaters and instead I received cheap sweatshirts! The website said returns could be made within ******************************************************* by phone. I see from other complaints on this site that others were also having problem sight them. Can you help?It was false advertising - Since the items sent were not knit but cheap sweatshirt material, I do not even want to pay to ship them back. I would like a FULL refund.Customer Answer

Compstylish offered me a partial refund after I complained through ******. I decided to take it because I did not know they were a *************** and it would have been prohibitive to send the package back to *****. Idid not understand how they could say they are a WA state company and cheat people like that!
What they advertised was not what they sent and I would like to see them stopped from cheating anyone else.
