      Terrible veterinary care. Negligent treatment of my dog. On two consecutive 6 month physicals the vet missed a tumor on my dog until I pointed it out. They merely did a needle biopsy and misdiagnosed it as benign! My dog has malignant cancer which went untreated and misdiagnosed until I found another vet. Now I owe them for 10 more months of there Wellness Plan. I was contacted and promised they would look into it. They never called me back. I am astonished Banfield is still in business with their poor pet care and unfair treatment of customers.
