      My first purchase with them took forever to ship properly. Then it arrived threadlocked, making it impossible for me to unscrew the bottom emitter/pommel so I can install the electronics core. It It is scuffed, I tried temp-shocking, WD-40, boiling water to remove the glue.I've emailed twice asking for help and I got no response regarding it. So this is my recourse, as I doubt i'll get a refund for it because people just come to accept this as a "non-issue". Installing an electronics core should be simple, it shouldn't take me ram rodding it like I'm loading a colonial era musket and going trial by error.

      The emitter purchased was exactly as described. Very pleased with the weight and balance as well as the finishing on it.My item arrived before the expected delivery date, and was packaged very well. Customer service was amazing and tracking was spot on.

      Good saber! Mostly fun to duel with but the design I got was kinda rough on the hands and Fit and finish left a bit to be desired, but overall good and Ill probably purchase again! Way better than ultrasabers thats for **** sure!!

      There was no charger inside the bottom of the hilt. I have to replace the battery back and forth with another one of my sabers to charge it. Can you fix this?

      I am sorry to hear that you are charging your saber battery this way.  Based on your email provided, I can see that you have placed several orders with us.There are some newer saber designs that require a ***** charger.       We got this for our son for Christmas, and he LOVES it. Everything worked so well together. We also had a wonderful shopping experience! Two of the items to create his saber were out of stock, and when I asked about them, they checked in their showroom, found them and made sure to include them with my order. My son hasn't put his saber down. Very happy with it.
