      Awesome lightsaber and so fun to play with. The only downside was I couldn't figure out how to build the stand that came with it, and it took a little while to get, but other than that it's an amazing product!

      Saber forge is not worth it.I have placed an order on a product that ships 2-4 weeks. I have received a different version of the original product within the second week. I have emailed customer service in regards of the incorrect order. They reached out to me with their 2-5 business day response policy and they apologized and asked for pictures. I provided them with all the information they needed and also asked them a question on what the next steps are to resolve the issue at hand. Instead, they kept emailing me back with sorry and failed to answer my questions. I kept emailing them back after 5 business days of no response of questions regarding an exchange and when will the item ship back. Again, they responded back with another sorry and a pdf form for product returns. And the manager stated that I would need to ship back my order for repairs. Now confused, I stated I do not need repairs done I just need an exchange and when will the order be shipped. I simply stated that I wasnt interested in apologies however I just wanted a clear answer on what the next steps were into resolving this issue. Keep in mind that I placed this order on May 26th 2022 and I have just received and email today from them on July 22nd 2022. What should have taken a minimum of 2-5 business days to resolve this issue ended up being 30 + days to resolve. And in the final email from customer service representative ****** stated, yes your order will be shipped I hope this is clearer! I felt as though throughout this experience with Saberforge that they didnt take me serious to answer a simple question along with poor customer service skill. I did not appreciate the inconvenience and the attitude from this company. Last time I will ever do business with them again.
