  Incredibly happy with the service **** provided in removing our defective garbage disposal, refitting some wonky pipes, and installing a drain basket so we could use our sink again. Everything is working great and he went out of his way to show me everything he was doing and help me learn about our sink so I could be better educated for the future. Will definitely contact again for future plumbing work!

  The technician was knowledgeable of my concerns with the galvanized plumbing problems Ive been having with my shower and kitchen faucet this winter. He assured me that they can take care of the problems and get things working correctly.

  ***** was awesome--explained everything and knew exactly what he needed to do.The clog is gone and the pipes aren't spraying all over the kitchen anymore. If I need a plumber again ***** will be the one I call and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.Thank you

  As always, these folks knocked it out of the park. I called ****** and she took plenty of time to explain how they would repair our backflow and got a guy out the next day. Thank you again ******. The plumbers name was **** and this guy is the real deal. As I mentioned he was out the next morning and did not leave until he was done. Stellar plumbing and took the time to bury all 3 vaults as well. We have used this company for the last 20 years and refuse to entertain any other company. Thank you again folks

  All of staff and technicians are really great!! Ms. ******* who has been so helpful to navigate us to get a good solution and Mr. ****** and Mr. ******* are so professional to repair our water heater!I felt really comfortable with all of them to understand everything as well.Thank you so much again for all your hard work!! I will strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help!

  We've used ***** plumbing for some MAJOR renovation work in our basement and for a couple of smaller jobs in one of our bathrooms and kitchen. They've been WONDERFUL each and every time, whether the job we need done is small or large (and we've needed both). We've also had a couple of emergencies they've responded to within hours and taken care of the problem. We especially appreciate ******* for all the hard work he put in for us replacing ******************************* our basement and installing our new gas water heater. He also removed our old gas line that needed to be moved/replaced and installed the new one. He was VERY conscientious and meticulous in doing this work. We appreciate him hugely. ***** has done high quality work every single time they've come out; however, the most important reason we choose ***** for all of our plumbing needs is their friendly, helpful, responsive staff - both in the office on the phone and all the techs who've been out to do the work.

  I first want to say that ********, that called me after I booked an appointment online, was really the best. She was very attentive to my needs, clear about the fees and expectations, and overall a pleasure to work with. ***** was very professional, did a full inspection of the house and thoroughly went through all the issue and options that I have in front of me. He made sure I understood what each issue might be and what the solution for it was. We went over several options, and what the costs would be. He made me feel good about the whole process, and he was unlike any other professional I have deal with before, because he actually cared about the outcome for me. Overall 5 stars for the service, the knowledge and the personal touch.

  Thank you for the wonderful team of ***** ****** and **** at D&F Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.I called and spoke with **** this morning telling him that I needed a plumber as soon as possible.I have only 1 bathroom and my toilet wouldnt ******** also overflowed all over the floor.He said that he would take care of me right away.He checked and would have ***** come out as soon as he was done with another job.After ***** arrived, he assessed my situation, explained what needed to be done and the cost.He didnt have all the parts that I would need for my Toto toilet; however, ****, another plumber would have the Toto toilet parts and had worked for D&F Plumbing many years and very knowledgeable.When **** arrived, he also looked at Jasons notes and spoke with ***** while assessing my toilet ********* I was going over my bathroom, I mentioned that I had a heated floor, so he had to reassess what needed to be done in the basement.**** explained in detail the procedures and new pricing.He spent most of the afternoon into the early evening solving my toilet issues as well as having to get a part due to a mix up.He had to move my toilet to get in the trap.Every step of the way, **** kept me in the loop and was able to extract the problem, showed me where he attached a better water shut off valve on my toilet and also the basement.Before he left, he reviewed everything he had done, the cost, and made sure that my toilet worked.Thanks again to the team for showing concern, a sense of urgency, and resolving my problem in 1 day.
