      ************** was absolutely fantastic. He replaced something in my apartment and was polite, quick, and efficient. He even took the time to show me how to use the replacement he installed. Great service!

      Terrible service!!. They invent all kinds of charges hoping you won't notice. They "forget" that they've already been paid for services. They tried to secretly add on charges for rent so they could collect extra. They purposely make the accounting very confusing so it's hard to decipher the costs/income. They ignore emails. They are the worst business I've dealt with.

      They use a group of ignorant twenty somethings to run their office, yet always coming up with new ways to charge more money. Weve had to pay FOUR SEPARATE DEPOSITS when adding new people to the lease, force you to use a barely functional online only payment system, they put a key code lock on our SINGLE DUMPSTER for a hundred units, We had to ask for a lease renewal for two weeks only to have to physically go into the office to get something done about it because they kept forgetting. Then had the nerve to say they would need to charge an administrative fee for taking someone off the lease, then charge another for someone being put on. Bet they have to pay another deposit as well. They let *** tell people to take down their pride flags even though half the complex does not own nor is part of the *** , they do not communicate when they have power washers come and soak everything on the patio, same thing happened when they covered our patio in multch. Just seriously this corporation is run by a bunch of greedy grifters. I hate that they own so much of the affordable units in the city. Overlords. I feel bad for the disabled people that have to deal with their bull because much of our complex has folx who have nowhere else to go. Its sick. I hope we see landlords like this fail in our lifetimes.

      My apartment building changed ownership and the new owners have decided to use TMG. TMG left ownership change notices on front doors the day that the property sale closed. These notices were posted just before 5PM on October 31, 2023 with rent due the next day. That night I tried setting up the online portal to pay rent online, but was unsuccessful getting access. I wrote out my November rent check on October 31, 2023 and took it directly to **** to mail to TMG. November 1st I called their offices for help with accessing the online portal. **** transferred me to ***** after confirming/updating my contact info (my property ************************* was out sick). ***** did not answer, so I left them a voicemail. I eventually got into the portal on my own and found that TMG had charged me twice for Novembers rent, so the ledger says I owe double. After seeing this error I called their offices throughout the day, left a voicemail, and sent an email. No one would answer the phones (I called 5 different times), no one responded to my email or voicemail. I called back on November 2nd and was told by **** that ***** would correct the ledger by end of business day that day. Its November 3rd and my rent balance is still double. I tried calling my property manager ******* main line and it just rings. I call ******* work cell number, but no answer and the voicemail has not been set up to leave a voicemail. I called the main office and ***** transfers me to ***** because ****** is still out sick. Once transferred the phone just rings with no voicemail option. I called the main office back and stated that I would be coming to their offices in person later today. As a renter and former property management employee this is the worst communication I have ever had with a property management company. I know that I legally have until the 6th to pay rent, but it should never be this big of a struggle. Ownership changed on October 31, its November 3 and Im already having issues.

      My experience with TMG has been very positive since the beginning. We submitted our first maintenance request before the weekend. Someone was here on Monday! We received an email letting us know he was on his way and what time he would arrive. ***** was fantastic! He fixed the lock on our door and got our fireplace running just in time for the cold weather that is coming our way. We showed him another issue we were having that we werent sure could be fixed. ***** said he absolutely can so we are going to put in another request and ask for him to fix it for us.

Every department Ive dealt with has operated above my expectations with kindness, expertise, and professionalism.Id like special recognition to go to my current property manager, *********************. She stands out in the crowd with her sincerity, outstanding professionalism, accountability, and integrity. She goes over and above with her Customers, providing the best service. I couldnt be more grateful to have ***** as my PM.I use them to manage my property. I live two States away. Theyve given me complete confidence that my property is being well maintained.Ive been using TMG for 7+ years now. They found a good tenant for my property immediately and hes hes been there ever since. Hes on time every month. I highly recommend them

      ******** @ TMG was excellent. She always kept in contact about the rental, handling problems with ease. TMG has a strict screening process for credit scores that is well worth it. We are pleases.
