      This review is about the ************** people at Ashley (the local store folks were much better).Terrible, really awful customer service from the majority of the ***** people. Not clear or consistent communication between departments, impatience with us, deliveries being put on hold and re-scheduled but without notifying us ahead of time, telling us we would get a credit back but not following-through, we had to call them several times just to get basic information and try to understand what was going on, creating different tickets for different issues but their follow-up was much longer than promised or not at all, etc., etc., etc. I hate to do this, but they were just really, really awful to have to deal with.

      While my shopping experience seemed fine, it was when my bedroom set was set for delivery, I was informed that the headboard was on back-order, it would take a week for delivery. I don't know if the stores track their inventory status, had I been told that headboard delivery would be delayed at the the store, I would have been informed in advance, and with that information, I might have chosen a set that was fully available without delays. I believe that there's a glitch between the stores and the actual inventory, or ... worse, they simply need to make sales. I also received numerous text messages and emails from Ashley about my delivery, on each occasion I was asked to confirm/accept the delivery, that was very annoying.

      I loved the options and the service. The delivery went smoothly with no problems, even though it was across town. The delivery personnel were also professional and courteous with our sofa. No damages.
