      Delivery was great. Had a question about the product, called and the said would call back. It has been 4+ hours and no call. We saw the product with 4 pillows in the sore when we ordered, but only two delivered.

      My experience with the team at the ********* store and with the delivery team that set up my furniture was fantastic. They clearly cared about what I wanted by making sure to provide end to end service. The in store team listened and showed me pieces that fit my description and suggested alternatives. The delivery team was efficient, kind and delivered a quality product. I'll be back when I've built my budget back up to furnish the rest of my apartment!

      We have purchased several pieces from Ashley and always have been very please. Our salesman Ray was extremely helpful and friendly and did a good job working the store management to help get additional discounts. The delivery was flawless with the delivery guys, very nice and helpful. The helped position and arrange the furniture to my liking. Took all the boxes with them as well. Good communication regarding the delivery process. The furniture is of good quality.

      From beginning to delivery our experience was exceptional! The sales staff worked with us to show us all the options available to meet our needs and to get us the best prices. The delivery process was excellent. We had two large sofas, a bed with head and footboard and dresser delivered within 3 days. One chest of Drawers was not available for the initial delivery but was delivered 5 days later. All the delivery staff were friendly and very careful throughout the delivery process. We highly recommend Ashley of Ocala and went we need more furniture they will be our first stop.

      I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased a sofa, and the sales process was quick and easy. My delivery date was set up before leaving the store. I received regular updates about the delivery. My sofa arrived on time and the delivery crew were fast and professional. Very pleased with the service I received from Ashley Furniture. I recommend them.
