4 starsWe had a great experience with the online website. Found exactly what we needed for a great price and FREE delivery. The delivery men were prompt and courteous and we even received our delivery early (which we appreciate). The only negative I have is that we visited the brick and mortar store in ********* ** and the staff were very dismissive and didn't seem to want to answer our questions nor provide any type of service. They charge for delivery and the furniture appears to come from the same warehouse as it does when ordering online, so that didn't seem to make much sense to me.Review fromAddie T

John and Wesley were absolutely phenomenal during our furniture delivery today! From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, professional, and extremely efficient. They handled everything with care and precision, making sure not only that each piece was delivered safely, but also that it was set up exactly where we wanted it. Their positive attitudes and teamwork made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They even took the time to clean up any packaging and double-checked everything before leaving. Ashley Furniture is a great place to get quality merchandise at a great price. The whole process was easy and professional. Z was very helpful and friendly. I really love my new dining set.
