      ****** Home Store in ******, **--I would not recommend to ANYONE, I had to **** down and hound the store because my order was 4 months late coming, then when it came the chaise was missing, they gave me a "loaner" chaise from the store until the next morning, as I stated to the store manager I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for the loaner piece because the delivery guys could have drove back to the warehouse and gotten my piece, under no circumstance am I going to sign the paperwork until I get all MY furniture! I was going to become a repeat customer, but I will take my hard earned money elsewhere!!

      WORST customer service and order policies I have ever seen. They broke my furniture during shipment and now, 2 weeks later when someone actually responds, require that I haul the furniture to a donation box and upload a receipt BEFORE they will REQUEST that a new one be sent to me

      We hope customers see this review and can avoid the experience we had. We purchased a couch that began falling apart in less that two months. After 3 days, 4 customer service reps and manager who either hung up or were condesending and rude, we have no resolution. Stay away from Ashley furniture and go somewhere else that stand behind their product and engages in true customer support.

      Ordered a dining room table. Put it together and noticed stain marks on two of the legs and throughout the top of the table. Called customer service and they asked for an online order number, which I read from an email and they could not validate. They dropped the call, and I repeated again with a new rep. On the phone for almost an hour and they scheduled a tech to come out. It was rescheduled without my knowledge and I was informed by an automated call reminding me of the date (which did not match what we initially selected). I called and fixed the date. Tech comes out and paints part of the table and leaves. I notice one of the legs I pointed out was never fixed, and there were still some marks on the top. I called again demanding a new leg is shipped to me- it took an hour but we finally got there. Every phone call had horribly crackling quality and it’s hard to hear the rep over the background noise of other representatives. Additionally, the reps were surprisingly rude. It’s very that the management at Ashley Furniture has made a conscious decision to cut costs on customer service as low as you could possibly cut them. This experience might actually top Comcast for worst customer support ever. Also quality control anyone? All they had to do was literally look at the table before it was packed.

      I have NEVER been treated like I was from a “reputable” company! The delivery team forgers my name on receiving damaged product after I refused couch. And I could not get it resolved with customer service whom were from a different country. This is the worst business EVER and I recommend NOONE buy from them. I wish this site allowed me to share texts and pics of the forgery and what customer service said. Please refrain from doing business with Ashley Furniture! They are a scam!!!’n

      I would give my experience with Ashley Furniture customer service a negative 50 if I could. I wrote a review on Google talking about how poor their customer service is. I received an email responding back to that review saying that it looks like my complaint had been resolved since I mentioned and the review the name of the customer service representative that I had talked to. However, my main complaint, or at least one of them, is that every time I try to reach out to that customer service representative, or any of the other customer service representatives that sent me an email, they don't reply. These are emails that are meant to be replied to, they are not automatic messages, they don't say "do not respond to this email," they ASKED ME QUESIONS in those emails, and when I respond to those questions, they don't respond back. That is how my original issue started to begin with. A customer service representative reached out asking me TO CONFIRM I wanted to cancel my order, and I said yes. But then they never responded back to me, and they never canceled my order. So the order ended up being SHIPPED to my house and CHARGED TO MY CARD. Then I had to go through SEVERAL other customer service representatives because I was having issues returning them. NOW, someone from a different customer service department reaches out saying that this issue has been resolved, when my issue is that they won't respond to me
      How is my issue been resolved when they wrote respond to my emails. I would love to talk to someone who will respond to my emails and address these horrible customer service policies because I want answers about what they plan on doing to fix this issue to prevent this from happening from other people as well. What kind of policy is it to ask a client if they wish to confirm their cancellation. And then when I respond, they don't cancel the order, or send any kind of confirmation back. THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

      I ordered a sectional July 2021, I received one piece in July, another piece in Dec 2021. It’s the end of 2022 I am still waiting on the wedge that creates the sectional. They sent the wrong color wedge in September and today(Nov 9th) I was told that I would receive the right color from 6pm-9pm. It’s currently 9:10 and crickets!! No call, no delivery!!! This is crazy, I’m paying for a $3500 sectional I don’t have!! I purchased this at the Macon, Ga location, the customer care sucks, management want return my calls!! I wanna call the police, because I feel like I’m being robbed!!!

      Issue within 2 weeks of my furniture delivery. Called the warranty division that I paid for( platinum warranty) , was redirected to manufacturer warranty division. 8 weeks later I am receiving the same cut and paste email that my parts are delayed due ti shipment restrictions overseas. How is that possible if all your furniture are coming in regularly. Multiple phone calls and emails. Every time I ask for a supervisor , they are too busy. Fix your issues. Next step is the better business bureau for me .

      I am really dissatisfied with this furniture store staff. We did a huge buy from this furniture store. The seller tell us if we buy all of the stuff he give us a discount of 30% which he did, but some of the furniture was taking to long to get here, so we decided to exchange the dinning room for another, but when we did that the store manager tell us he cannot give us the 30% off on the new dinning room so he charge full price for it. But, that wasn't the only problem we have with this store. When, we finally got our sectional, I found a staple sticking out from my couch. so, I call the store right away and they tell me they going to send a technician.( The technician ) come, and instead of fixing the couch he pulled out the staple and ended up ripping it off. So, I called the store again, and they sent another technician. But in order to fix the couch they have to order the part. The technician order the part 2 times and both of the times the part was the wrong part. We have been dealing with this since June, I believe. Finally, we tell the furniture store we wanted a different couches brand new because we paid a lot of money and we don't want a ripped couches. Finally, they agreed and exchange the couches, but because we also have problems connecting the sectional we tell them we just want a sofa and couch, but they wanted us to pay more money even know the sectional was more expensive. Anyways, some how, I don't know why they cancelled the proteccion plan and they tell us we are supposed to get a refund of 250.00 dollars. We don't know that the two hundred and fifty dollars was for the protection plan until we went and ask what is goin on why we still don't receive our check. It is have been like two months already since we have been dealing with this problem. They have a really poor management and really poor services. All of my furniture is from Ashley furniture. But, from different store and I never have problems like this time.
