      Bought furniture from Ashley furniture a year ago in February, didn't even get the set until late May, double recliners on couch broke down by November, and waiting on parts now for over 2 months...customer service keeps sending me in a circle...Do Not Purchase from Ashley Furniture, horrible customer service, and not impressed with quality of furniture! We are sitting on the oversized chair for ******** balance owed on this very poor quality living room furniture, and horrible customer service to rectify issues and dissatisfaction. Shame on you Ashley Furniture!

      I purchased furniture from Ashley the location I believe it’s on Ray Road I ended up canceling my order went into store to have them refund me back my money which that was a hassle. The girls in front are really rude. Any luck getting them sent out to my husband got Covid during the times they issued out my checks and I just forgot to cash them so I called them to see if they could re-issue back the checks and they told me no that they will not be able to that they issued them the first time they can’t do it again so basically I’m out my money and this is not just $200. This is the most $3000, in money they owe me and they refuse to give me managers that are higher up than them. They told me they can give that to me. I called the customer service as well and they’re just giving me the runaround. Spoke with Rita today at Ashley and she still letting me know there’s nothing they can do. I’m basically still grew it out of my money .

      I ordered a number of items from Ashley Furniture. One of which was a queen sized bed. I paid extra for assembly, however, the bed was left on my front door step in the rain. I, as a single women, had to lug the box into my home and open the packaging to bring it up the stairs piece by piece, due to its large size and weight. I called customer service only to be told certain items are shipped differently and this particular item was shipped via FedEx so it is my responsibility to bring it inside until the service provider can come and assemble the product. The piece was extremely heavy and I had another bed that was scheduled to be delivered, which I cancelled, since this is unacceptable. What kind of furniture store leaves large items on a door step?? I have never received such awful customer service with not even an effort from the Ashley employees to remedy the situation. She was more than happy to cancel the remaining items due to be shipped. I'd give a negative star, if it were an option.

      Do not order from this company. I have been dealing with them since November 2022. My coffee table arrived with a chip in the wood and stripped screw. They have sent one technician who painted the chip (which I could have done) and the screw is still stripped. Now they want to send another technician. All I want is a new table..when you spend over $800 and are not satisfied and they guarantee 125% satisfaction..this is a BIG LIE!

      Their website states they have the product in stock ordered it just to find out it been placed on back order. Got my refund. Looked a week later its back I stock called the customer service number and they said yes we have it in stock order it, ordered it 4 days go by get an email saying this has been discontinued. Very disappointed yet when I go to the website still states its availability is in stock. All of this is after going to to the store and the lady there says its easier if you go online and buy it instead of us doing it in store. After thousands of dollars spent with them they send me a 5 percent off coupon that does not even cover the delivery charge or even a small dent in the taxes. I have missed the deal on the other product at a different location cause Ashley cant update their website. I will not buy from them again and they have lost a customer for life.

      WORST!!! we bought a $4600 couch, which the material started pilling and it now looks like complete trash, within only two months. It looks like it is 10 years old and it is only three months old. I have called customer service at least 10 times and I have been given the runaround. The customer service team said I have to have the store give me a Reselection and the general manager of the ************/************** told me **************** has to put in the reselection. The general manager said theres nothing that he can do would not even help me call **************** and speak to them together to say that I should get a Reselection. Every time I call customer service and they are supposed to send out a tech to come see the couch. I never get a response or a callback. Ive been in the hospitality and customer service industry my entire life, and I have never had a worse experience in my entire life from any other company. We were super excited to try them out and buy this new couch, but this has been such an awful experience. I would never treat a customer the way Ive been treated..

      I bought bed furniture set, but they delivered "factory defects"damaged headboard, dresser the first time, I filed a claim 2nd time same damaged furniture, third time same factory defects, home inspector came to fix the problem, damaged my blanket, expensive carpet with glue, 2nd time senior home inspector approved re-selection furniture, I when to the store do shopping "no approval show in the system my first furniture was in 6/26/22, until today 12/29/22 no one's call or email me to fix the problem, Ashley Corporation said they're going to call me to fix the problems, but they didn't anything about it, they don't care about about they costumers. I still waiting to get results this issue, my daughter has stock all her items in the closet, because she can't use the dresser. ASHLEY FURNITURE ONLY CARE WHEN THEY TAKED THE MONEY, BUT WHEN THE COSTUMER FILE THE CLAIM NO ONE'S RESPONSE. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS ABOUT IT.

      Bought living room furniture and on delivery the delivery men broke the legs on our couch and ottoman. The chair they delivered was also ripped. The delivery men took pictures as did I. The manger called me a few hours later to tell us a service man would contact us. 18 days later we have not heard from them. They sent new legs in the mail for us to fix. Delivered defective furniture before we even sat on it. Sad you pay so much for furniture to be delivered broken and ripped. I would have returned it but they said a service man would contact us. I should have had the delivery guys load it back up when I saw it was broken and ripped.

      I ordered a sofa and recliner which was told both would be delivered 12/21/22. Only the couch came and the delivery people damaged it bringing it in. Trying to contact the proper people was challenging. I even got connected to some gentleman in ******! My recliner was still at warehouse and I would have to set up another delivery date and they could send someone to see if my couch was repairable. Told them not paying for a repaired couch that the company they use to deliver damaged. Still received call on 23rd about setting up repair. Told I want refund. Told me it was up to the manager of store I purchased from. Christmas was a challenge and embarrassing as I had very little seating for all my family. My brother left because we couldn't let his very handicapped daughter sit on the sofa. The rest of us sat on folding chairs. I was told by ASHLEY to make sure nothing else happened to the already damaged sofa or they would charge it against my extended warranty. Today I went to store , because no one would answer the phone, and told the manager I want a total REFUND. Was told have to wait another 3 days for answer and refused to give me my $700 deposit back. Was also told would probably be another week or so before someone would pick up the sofa. This was NOT my fault but sure has become my problem!! Didn't want 1 star, more like -1 star!

      Bought 2 ****** bed frames , bed base, box spring, 2 queen *********** All came defective and worst quality to what was displayed in store. Frame has a huge gap between frame and mattress on all sides. Parents be aware!!! This frame is a Big Hazard for Children!!!Do not fall on this trap, frame sent home is not the same quality as pictures shows.Frame is much bigger than queen ********* Poor quality side rails very flimsy . Matress base not adjustable and much higher than frame rails. Requested a return upon delivery , technician refused and told me to contact Ashley for repair. Went to store a filed complaint 48 hrs from delivery. Have been contacting store and costumer service every day since delivery and after 3 weeks Im still stuck with a defective bed and mattresses that are causing us backache.. No resolution.Read the reviews on this bed and other Ashley furniture before you buy!! Ashley has the worst costumer service!!
