      WARNING!! Ashley furniture advertises 30 day satisfaction guarantee but that is BS. Your warranty all depends on how it was delivered. If you take the free curbside delivery make sure you know you only have 72 hours to make any returns if it doesnt work for you. Who knew you had to know the rules per delivery method?? ?? They are rude and not helpful at all. Read reviews before buying from here. They are all legit! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Call the phone number on your emailed order confirmation and we will work with you to repair, replace or pick up the item for a return. Items ordered online for No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly or Free Doorstep Delivery with manufacturing defects discovered after the 72 hour return period may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any; please contact the customer service number listed in your emailed order confirmation for assistance.       Let me just say...I thought that the horrible service was limited to this store, but I was wrong! After spending countless hours on the phone with corporate & the warehouse for the past 6 months I would never again purchase ANYTHING from Ashley Furniture. While making this post...the corporate office has hung up on my for the 3rd time just today. I've had to pay another company to come and take my couches that Ashley is replacing through their insurance carrier because they refuse to pick up (i learned that this morning). Inhad a delivery scheduled for 7/15 @3pm they showed up at 9pm and they refused delivery bcz the old loveseat was still here. NOW they're telling they can't deliver until 7/23...UNACCEPTABLE!!! YOU PICKED UP THE SOFA ON 2/18 AND ARE NOW REFUSINGTO PICK UP THE LOVESEAT & DELIVER MY FURNITURE!!!! Dont purchase from them....I've been into thebstore at least 5 times this year and each time had horrible customer service EXCEPT when I picked out the replacement furniture. But once they get their money THEY DON'T want anything to do with you. Every time I've been there the rude Custer service chick is arguing with customers that are having issues with service, delivery & even receiving the wrong items that Ashley won't pick up & replace. They don't value their customers, they value their wallets ?? Service is everything & Ashley Furniture needs to do better!

      We bought a sofa on 5/7/22. It was delivered on 5/23/22. Im supposed to wait 6 weeks to get the rewards for the shipping back ($130). Its been 7+ weeks and finally got an email to submit the vouchers on 7/06/22 and submitted it immediately. Today is 7/15/22 and nothing has been done and when I checked the voucher #s, it says not found. They give you a number to text and will reply at first and when I texted again because my vouchers arent found, they dont reply. They dont answer any calls or you wait forever to speak with someone who cant help you!
