      ****** Family were excited to purchase 3 dining cabinets all identical, great sales team from store in **** ****** **. We received the cabinets and all three were different colors so we were referred to the customer service in which they set up a return of two the date arrived and these were also two different colors. We had the delivery person take pictures and sent this information back to customer service along with the cabinets. Customer service scheduled once more to have a new delivery date for today 5/3/2025 confirmation. Sad to say we have had another weekend taken from us to allow Ashley Furniture to correct our purchase agreement. I have spoken with the Manager of the store asking how were we misconstrue and had no delivery. I expressed our disappointment and regret of ever walking into this business. I asked of returning this purchase and I was told sorry that we do not return and I have been scheduled for another weekend attempt to correct this matter which is 5/10/2025. I do understand that it is important to allow the business to correct and complete their attempt to satisfy the customer. My goal is to #1 is to have someone that will help us with correcting the purchase. If not possible #2 hold the business accountable for pour response of customer service and refund customers. I have spent much of my time and should be given a price adjustment, I never intended to have such a hassle. It is important to separate the difference when a customer just wants what they pay for and those that have nothing better to do then to just use the system and media to waste a businesses time. Please be that better business and show the public that you do correct your teams actions or in this case lack of. As I write this it reminds me of the positive reviews I'm used to writing.       We were in a bind, not being able to come in to showroom to select products. Our salesperson was Sam at the ******** ******* location. Sam was considerate, kind, funny and very professional. We imagine Sam has a bright future with Ashley and we will be sharing our experience with colleagues and friends!

      My wife and I wanted to get a couple of power recliners, found a pair, had them delivered, found that they could not be used in our place, tried to get an exchange for a manual pair the following day and were told it would take 72hrs for someone to get back to us about the exchange. NO call from anybody, we called again and we were told it would be 72hrs again for someone to contact us. Still nothing, we went to the store and talked with the store manager, we were told that there was nothing we could do since too much time had passed and that it was policy that there are no returns. We also recieved a credit card for store use that we never asked for or signed up for. Be very weary of doing any business with them. We have been forced to pay for them or have our credit given a hard ding and us put into collections for the chairs.

      Lack of accountability towards customer purchases. Lack of resolution.Purchased barstools which broke within one week of having them. ****** to have them repaired. After repair they broke again requested a full refund after multiple calls to the service center. My refund was denied. The local store lead requested. I returned the merchandise to the store for a full credit within 48 hours of returning the merchandise, no credit has been issued. I am forced to continually call the store for a follow *** still waiting to receive my full credit.

      This store along with Ashleys customer service is horrible. We bought patio furniture from them 6 years ago. NOT cheap what so ever! Need a few cushion covers replaced. The employees and customer service were so rude! They no longer have replacement covers!

      The store was very clean and had a large selection of all types of furniture. Tyler was amazing and helped us find a few pieces of furniture and made the process very simple. I’d definitely come here again in the future.

      On April 5, 2025, Ashley Furniture employees ( delivery people ) refused to deliver. They stated they will not deliver it as I still wanted to the item. The three employees ( delivery people) did not attempt to deliver item and incorrectly took false measurements. Item was taken back and item was not delivered. I am now being charged a delivery fee when their employees took the wrong measurements and refused to deliver the item. The old piece of furniture was bigger (90inch) was able to be removed from same area with no problem.

      After years of purchasing furniture from this store & within a year of purchase & the realization that the furniture does not stand up to even limited time - I closed my account. Ashley Furniture Brand use to be reliable, sturdy furniture that was dependable. 2 sectional sofas, dining tables, living room chairs, coffee tables, beds, bedroom furniture etc. My advice to you is go elsewhere.

      Submitted a response to: **************************************************************************** on 5-4-25 and heard nothing. Response sent: ALL purchases were made at Ashley Home Store ***************************************. I do not have the order # for the first sectional sofa purchased around 2019 as a gift for my ***************in-law. Also purchased the repair plan. The captains recliner attached to the sectional warped and detached itself. Mind you - there are no children or obese adults in the household. The repair tech came out & supposedly repaired it but within months, same thing occurred. To make things right, I took a photo of the sectional & detached chair to the store & showed them to the ********************* who claimed to make it right my SELLING me a new sectional with twin captains chairs (love seat style). ORDER # *********. Again purchased the repair service. within a few months, the chair started rubbing against the attachment connecting the chairs, which eventually will cause deterioration. The repair tech told my son, that it was just the way the unit was made and suggested he - USE A PIECE OF CARDBOARD BETWEEN THE CAPTAINS RECLINER & ATTACHED UNIT !!! I've purchases 3 chest of drawers which never stay on the track when drawers are opened & closed and 2 single living room chairs where the wood has split down the sides. I always paid on time, more than minimums to pay both accounts before arranged dates. I closed the account because the ******************** is poor quality.
