I purchased a living room set on 11/9/2022. The loveseat that was initially delivered, was defective and I had to reject it. It took the store two weeks to bring the replacement. However, the one they brought for the second time was exactly the one that I rejected the first time. The same defective piece!! Needless to say, I had to refuse it for the second time. Today, Ashley was supposed to deliver another one, but they called and informed me that the delivery is cancelled as that piece is damaged. It's just outrageous. It's been a month and a half and I still don't have the complete set! This is FRAUD, which I will report to my bank. They took the money on 11/9/22 and I still don't have all the items that I purchased. Ashley's customer service is THE WORST. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at the store when calling. Their priority are the new customers and all prior customers and their unresolved problems are shoved to the very back. The new customers receive the furniture first and the prior customers get what's left!! This is WRONG! Buyers BEWARE. If you decide to deal with Ashley, be ready to burn a ton of nerve cells. I paid almost $800 for a reclining loveseat that I am totally unsatisfied with. It is uncomfortable and does not lock in the reclining position. I called for a technician to come and he came to prove me wrong. He had no tool kit when he showed. I called customer service and the person said she remember me and spoke to her manager who told her the model I purchased does not lock in the reclining position. I would have never purchased this item had I known that. I contacted the salesperson and he ghosted me after he realized he did not educated me in order to make an informed purchasing decision.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

Over Memorial Day weekend we bought two couches and a reckiner from Ashley. One of the couches came with bugs. It took two weeks for them to pick up the bug infested couch only to have them replace it with another couch that had the same bugs in the same place. Had to pay out of pocket for an exterminator to come spray the couch which did get rid of the bugs. After that debacle the other couch has a wood base that snapped so when you sit in it there is no back support. Customer Service is HORRENDOUS. They said they are going to send someone out to assess the 2nd couch. I set an appt, they changed it without my permission or knowledge to a date I was at work and not home. Now they won't honor the original date I scheduled. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone and/or texting with them and don't have this issue resolved. They never call back just tel you that your concern has been "escalated" and someone will call you back in 48-72 hours. I've never had them actually call back. It always leads to me calling them back, chasing them down and never getting my issue resolved. It's October and my issues are not fixed. They are an absimal company. In April of 2022 we purchased over $4000 worth of furniture in a bedroom set. Ashleys sell pitch was that we would get our furniture delivered timely AND part of the sell was to receive an incentive of $400, in a form of credit card that we could use anywhere. Not only our delivery was delayed but we have not received the $400 sent as promised. I have visited the store in person over a dozen times, have called coorporate, have emailed customer service, regional manager and director of operation unsuccessfully. I regret spending my money and time, would never refer Ashley Furniture to any of fam or friends. Im scoring one star because thats what it requires to initiate the review, personally in my experience they deserve -3 scoreAshley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

I filed a complaint not a concern. Its been a month since i received a response through this venue, no emails, no texts, no phone calls from Anyone from Ashley Furniture. My complaint is still unresolved. I pay my bills on time as I promised never one day late, its taken 6 months + to respond to a BBB complaint, and still tothis date your promise on your sale pitch hasnt been fullfilledReview fromViolet M

Customer service has been horrendous; you deal with people from over seas that have no ****** clue what is going on. Trying to speak to a person in store is a nightmare as you get rerouted to the oversea company. After having multiple issues with this whole process I have yet to receive my full order or any updates. If you don’t mind waiting 2 months for your order or only receiving 5 of the 6 chairs you ordered then this company is for you.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

I purchased a Dining Server Cabinet with natural stone as a top. The top came in with many different stones many different colors to it. The Store was trying to tell me that all was from the same stone, but with my knowledge of granite countertops, this looked as if they just pieced a number of stones together and called it good. The store display did not look like the one that I received. I went to the store and spoke with the Store Manager and he agreed that it did not look right. So far my interactions with Ashley has not been a good one. This is the first furniture that I have brought from them and will be my last.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

1 starDo Not buy anything from Ashley Furniture, especially Ashley Furniture in ********! Horrible. We purchased a new mattress, was told it came with a "free" adjustable frame. In addition, we also purchased a new bed room set for our daughter. In the show room we triple confirmed with the sale associate and the manager regarding the style of the head board for the new bedroom set, when it was delivered it was the wrong head board. It took several weeks to get that fixed. But the best part is that the "free" adjustable frame, was not available for many many weeks... so they upgraded us, we were told it was a great deal about $1,800.00 adjustable frame for $300.00.... of course it's too good to be true. Because the adjustable frame that they sold us does NOT go with the Temperpedic mattress. The adjustable frame, creaks, and often times feels like the mattress is going fall through it. We were told to "take a video of the creaking" Really, while sleeping? The store manager (from ********) and the "Sale Manager" both said to myself and a business colleague in the store that, "the adjustable frame that we sold you was not correct, that does not go with the Temperpedic mattress". He further stated, "we should not have sold you that adjustable frame". The ******** store manger again said (in front of the "Sale Manager", and two other customer service agents behind the counter) that, "we never should have sold you that adjustable frame". By the way, this store manager was covering the ******** store since the other ***********************, who we had been talking with was just let go!? What? I just spoke with him the evening before and we had formulated a plan. The ******** store manager stated, "the adjustable frame that goes with the Temperpedic mattress is about $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 and upwards". We told him that we were never informed about the correct adjustable frame. Ashely Homes is selling fake premium protection plans. There are selling these plans using a company called "PROTECTALL" which find different excuses to NOT COVERED the warranty. I spent 3 months trying to claim my warranty even with Ashley home since I went there and showed them the emails back and forth with that company and they agreed PROTECTALL should cover my furniture. So Ashley Home (Felicia and a manager) decided to send me new covers for my couch but that never happened. I have been waiting for 2 months and nothing yet. I called to everyone in Ashley home and nobody wants to take actions on this. Be careful ! Plan protections are fake and Ashley Homes does not do anything about it. I can provide sales order, emails and all paper work to prove it. I paid 5 years protection and I bought my stuff only a year ago. Thanks.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern

So far my review has nothing to do with a store but Ashley as a company. We bought a $3500 table that was delivered and the base was chipped very badly. it was not going to be able to be colored in with a pen as it looked like a chewed the corner off. The delivery guys suggested leaving the table and they would bring a new base. Then someone from Ashley called and said that if they leave it, it would only get repaired and not replaced. We had no choice but to return it. A couple weeks later another team showed up with the new base but did not have the hardware to put it together. They said the original group should have left the hardware. Then we got a call from the warehouse manager that said he would order the parts and they would be here in a week. He kept saying he wanted to close the ticket. It has now been 3 weeks and i have a table in a bunch of pieces spread out in my dining room still waiting for parts. The only answer I can get from Alex is, "they should be there soon". What kind of answer is that? And guess where the parts would be if they left the original base and only had to swap the damaged piece out? You guessed it. This review could've been way different but now this experience will keep me from ever buying from Ashley Furniture again.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Southwestern
