      Dina my sales rep was pleasant and very helpful with the assistance of the exact piece of furniture I came into the store to purchase.

      I went in to look at some bedroom furniture at three different businesses, and I was pleased when I decided to purchase a bedroom set at Ashleys furniture. That salesman was very good and I felt comfortable and felt the salesman was very honest and and pleased with my purchase. I will go back again if Im shopping for furniture.

      I bought some chairs from the store in ****** , had bought from Ashley before , but this particular business , 1.the cashier lacks customer service skills, (paid cash ) she said exact change or I cant take your money 2.the delivery driver calls and doesnt tell me who hes calling from after I said hello .. doesnt text or leave a message , when I returned the phone call ,he replies with whats up ? -whos this 3 .Called the person that assisted me with buying chairs , straight to voicemail and never called back .. safe to say wont be buying my furniture at this Ashley furniture in ****** again

      The price are reasonable. Often offer discounts. The staff most especially Evelyn is very friendly and professional. She has great customer relation. Other staff are courteous with friendly demeanor. I will continue to shop at Ashleys - ***** branch. I highly recommend the quality and service they provide.

      I wanted to return an item I ordered online. When I first chat with an associate, he told me I'd get an email with instructions in a few days, but I never received such email. I then contacted them and now the associate told me even though they "accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 30 days of delivery", we have to notify them within the first 3 business days. This is very misleading and we feel cheated. I have been a customer for few years, but this will be my last time doing business with them

      Adam is the best! We keep going back to the location in ********* because of the experience and professionalism we get from him! He makes you feel welcomed and like you are part of the family. I’m sure his fellow coworkers enjoy his company each day; I know I would!

      Tomeka is a fantastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough sales representative. She took the time to truly understand the character of my home and guided me toward the right selections I couldn’t have asked for better service. However, the delivery department at Ashley Home Furnishings was disappointing. They repeatedly changed my delivery date, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and led to missed time from work.

      Very disappointed in the service and product. I was delivered a defective cabinet with missing shelves and hardware and doors that didnt match! To top it off they failed to tell me ALL IN STORE PURCHASES ARE NON REFUNDABLE! It was delivered March 29th and the problem STILL has not need resolved!
