      We needed furniture the next day to furnish my dad’s room in a memory care center, and found 2 beautiful pieces and very helpful salespeople. Grace Ann and Raj were incredibly helpful and got us the furniture for the next day. We really appreciate them!!!

      YOU DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!!! I PURCHASED A COUCH ONLINE LAST YEAR AND THE COUCH DID NOT EVEN LAST LONG!!!! THAT COUCH WAS 800 DOLLARS AND THE BED WAS DONE POORLY!!!! MY MOMS COUCH LAST LONGER THAN THIS COUCH!!!! THEN IM TOLD THAT MY WARRANTY EXPIRED LAST MONTH SO MY COUCH CANT GET FIXED!????? YALL ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING PEOPLES MONEY!!!! YALL LACK EMPATHY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I HAVE LITERALLY BEEN ARGUING WITH LATONYA FOR A WEEK ALL BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME 2 WEEKS FROM WHEN I WROTE HER THAT NOW MY COUCH CANT BE FIXED!!!!!       We regret ever purchasing a Master bedroom set from Ashley Furniture. I selected a set on 02/13/25 and it was delivered on Friday 02/14/25. But my wife arrived after a business trip and determined that the set simply did not fit our new home. And so, I went in on the next Monday 02/17/25 to ask that the items be returned (minus any stocking fee) I was told that I had missed the return date by 1 day. I explained (in great detail) how the set did not work and my wife's displeasure. The ********* store manager said understood and that she would discuss the regional manager. I called several times and was told it was under consideration. April 4, 2025, I was informed that they would not accept the 'unused' furniture and nor could we exchange it for another Master bedroom set. Our $3,100 dollars lost because of an uncooperative Ashley Furniture. We are devasted!

      Awesome service!!! I ordered 4accent chairs and was initially told the order may be split to different days due to availability in the area. However, they managed to find and deliver all at once at promised time and day! Just in time for our Easter gathering. Their furniture is attractive and solid. Our dining room table weve had for over 8 years still looks new and the wood beautiful.

      The sales lady was really great. The furniture not so good. I purchased a couch, love seat and rocker/recliner. After it was delivered I noticed that all the pieces were VERY hard. So they said to use them for a while and I did. I had a tech come out to check the PADDING. He looked at everything and took a lot of pictures. He even put his arm on the rocker under the padding and said he could lift it. I told him a lot of good that would do when someone would sit on it and it would go right back down. I received the furniture on 1/3/25. I have a tech come out a couple of times and because they can't see any damage Ashleys is blowing me off. Now I have a 1 year warranty on the furniture and I paid for a 5 year warranty. But because they can't see any damage on the pictures they won't do anything. They didn't even offer to come and get the furniture and replace it or even give me store credit to buy anything else. I'm very sad that a business would do that to a paying customer. And why have a warranty if the problem can't be seen on a ********** now I have 3 pieces of furniture that kill my back by the end of the night and you can feel the medal from the reclining part of the furniture. It would be so nice to have some help and explain to Ashleys its not against them, its who made the furniture. They just didn't put enough padding.Any help would be great. Thank you so much
