      Was in ******* store on **** ***** ***** in February 2024 and looked for previous sales rep and was told by greeting sales rep, Darnell ******, that our other sales rep was no longer at there store and would be happy to assist. What a wonderful experience of purchasing a new temperpedic mattress and adjustable base, plus a new bed frame/headboard. Darnell knew his stuff was a good-vibe sales rept that gave us the best deals. He even found a similar headboard/frame online and ensured it was not discontinued before ordering. Thank you, Darnell, for your down-to-earth approach and the kindness of your soul shine bright! Honesty and integrity goes a long way!       Exceptional customer service. Good selection, Lori***************** at the ********* location is knowledgeable, friendly, and she followed up by texting me to let me know when the bed I wanted was on sale. I will be buying more furniture at Ashley and I will be sure to work with Lori. Highly recommend

      Horrible experience and now my account is in collections and I have no furniture and the store will not provide with a refund statement. . Back in September I went in to Ashley Furniture to order a sectional. When o was there I was told it was on back order which I did not mind as I would be getting it right before the holidays. Some time passed and they told me it would be a couple weeks more and that was stretching it for me but I was okay with it. When the sectional arrived it was dirty and was not package correctly. I went in and talked to a supervisor the same day it arrived and I showed them pictures they were very nice and worked with me and I was able to order a new one. During the time being I kept the furniture for less than a month until mine came in I was given December 24 as a delivery date once again. During this time they billed great America finance and I was okay with it. However, towards the end of December I went in and asked why I haven’t received my furniture and they gave me a date of January 24th now. During this time they picked up the old firniture as I told them I was no longer going to wait and wanted a refund because great American called me and stated I needed to pay which made no sense as I did not have my furniture. They picked up the furniture and I told great america that I did not have the furniture which led to them dispute it which is what Ashley said. Since great America kept calling, I made them aware I did not have the furniture. I have gone to Ashley furniture to see if they have resolved my issue and refund with the finance company and they keep saying they can’t do anything. We are in February and I have a collections. I cancelled the furniture beginning of January because I was getting billed and told I would not receive the furniture until February. I now have a collections and no furniture. Ashley will not provide a statement or email stating they have attempted to contact the finance company to resolve issue. I

      Needed to order another piece like we got last month. Sales person made it easy, sent me a link and I completed the purchase. I do have to wait for it to be shipped to me. Salesperson mentioned probably by next week.We shall see, but so far easy peasey??

      While in the showroom Only one salesperson was able to Help me so I had to wait around For them Go find him on 2 occasions. At the time of picking up my furniture we were given the run around about needing an appt although I was told to just be there between 11-3. I left the store and went to The pick up area then sent back to the store and after I insisted they finally sent me back out to pick up the item. What a waste of time and people Not knowing what they say. Extremely frustrating. Never had this happen anywhere else.

      I came to the store around October with my mom to get a couch set. We asked the guy who helped us we wanted a sofa bed with the small couch bc our living is small. He tells us he has the Altari Queen Sofa Spleeper and the Altari love seat. We decide on both. He then advises we should get warranty for stains, pet scratches, etc. so we add the warranty. We get our couches and realize we got our sofa bed but instead of the love seat we get an Altari sofa. So we have two big sofas in our small living room. We can barely walk around the room. I call customer service, they say they can’t help or do refunds and that I should call the store to fix the problem. I call the store and it sends me to customer service and I can’t seem to fix the issue. At this point the 70ish hours to claim this problem is about to pass so I’m freaking out bc I’ve done what I can to fix the issue. I work all day long so I had to wait to go to the store. They can’t help me, they laugh at our face saying why we accepted the couch like that and they can’t even file a claim. I’m not the type to argue so honestly I left so disappointed and feeling disrespected. Mind you, my mom kept reminding the guy she wanted a small couch & he reassured us we would. A month later we notice mold on our mattress. I call to express the problem & our protection plan apparently doesn’t cover mold. I read what the protection plan covers & they make it impossible to claim any problem. I’ve tried getting a dehumidifier and tried every alternative I can to avoid the mold & it still comes back. It’s definitely not a “lifestyle” like it says on the terms. I don’t think the couch was made effectively to avoid moisture from building up . You guys need to do some sort of recall. This is dangerous! I’m at the point were I’m having trouble breathing and coughing everytime im trying to sleep on the couch. It’s become a health problem and I feel like I’ve been robbed. I would like to return the couch and get refund of my money.

      +ve: David *** (customer service representative) was very helpful at Ashley Furniture Store in ******* **********. Order was successfully placed from store in following week with help of Tina ****** (as David was on leave that day). Tina was also helpful and applied a discount to match the online price for 1 of the items. -ve: 1 of the computer systems did not work in the store - so we had to go to another computer to pace the order. I am still waiting to receive my order ... will send another review after the items arrive and are assembled.

      Really great experience shopping at Ashley Furniture for the first time. My wife and I were looking for an affordable but good quality sofa sleeper and they had a lot of great options. Leonard was very welcoming as we entered the store and took the time to understand our needs and show us all the options available with detailed information we needed. We chose to purchase a sofa sleeper and it will be delivered inside a week. Great experience due to the great and friendly service provided by Leonard.
