Excellent price and a great value. Justin the sales rep was outstanding. They matched a price that was lower that I found online. Delivery team was on time, communicated well and very professional. They had the soga and loveseat unboxed, installed where we wanted it and removed all the packing materials in less than an hour. Thanks Ashley and team for a great product and experience. 1 starI recently purchased furniture and a mattress from Ashley Furniture, expecting a hassle-free shopping experience as their website indicates a 30-day return or exchange policy. However, upon encountering issues with the mattress causing back pain, I discovered the store policy doesn’t align with what’s advertised. Despite the website clearly stating a 30-day return policy, I was informed that I couldn’t return or exchange the items, even though it’s only been two weeks since my purchase. This stark contrast with the advertised policy is disappointing and raises concerns about the store’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the lack of transparency during the sales process is disheartening. Sales representatives should be upfront about limitations in the return/exchange policy, ensuring customers are well-informed before making a purchase. It’s evident that the focus is solely on closing the sale, with little regard for post-purchase support. To add to the frustration, attempts to follow up on these matters with my sales representative have been met with silence. Friendly interactions in-store seem to vanish once the payment is made. I should have just bought ny tempur pedic directly. Tempur-Pedic, which offers a 30-day trial and a generous 90-day return/exchange window for mattresses while ashley wont accept your request for exchange. This experience has left me not only with an unsatisfactory product but also with a sense of being misled and ignored as a customer.Review frommichael h

I purchased a recliner and after 30 days it looked as if were 10 years old. I called the company and the sent out a tech that said there was nothing wrong with the chair. I took pictures of the chair to the store where I had purchased the chair and they agreed that the chair was defective. The factory sent another tech out to check the chair and he said there was nothing wrong with the chair. I filed a complaint with the finance company and the tech was sent to my house a third time, stating again that there was nothing wrong with my recliner. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR....Thankfully the store in ****** **. where I purchased the recliner agreed with me and gave me full credit for the recliner.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

The Ashley staff was very helpful for us out in picking our furniture. We were a bit unsure about how our selection would fit into our living room at home, but otherwise we loved the selection and the sales team offered us a very nice price. The sales manager assured us if we find the furniture unsuitable when we go back home to measure, they would cancel our contract and refund our money. I would not have agreed to a contract had they not stipulated this. When we got home, unfortunately we found that the furniture would not fit well (too tight) with our existing end table and coffee table, our piano and wood stove. We had to cancel. The Ashley staff gave us no issue in cancelling, and the sales manager contacted us to ensure we were comfortable in cancelling the contract. I will shop here again, knowing they keep their word and were very helpful.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

Dubious activity is occurring on my order. I placed my order on 11/28. Delivery date was for 12/28. Called the store on 1/3 for an update. Employee at the store told me it was on order and would email me the tracking number. That action didnt occur. I called 1/4 to confirm the tracking number but was met with a new discovery. That the item was not in stock in the warehouse, that there was no foreseeable shipment date or restock date. I requested a cancel due to this discovery. I asked to stay on the line while this occurred. The employee said it would take 15 minutes and they would call me back. I received a voicemail with the cancel number. I then from ****** received an email stating the item had now been shipped 1/4. Different then 12/28. Now I have a tracking number and a cancel number. Without my consent, an employee of the store canceled my cancel and told me I would be getting my order 1/5. I no longer wish to conduct business with Ashley as a retailer due to the suspicious activities. Lack of transparency, and the inability to provide clear and precise instruction. At this moment. I requested the BL of the local store and was accused of threatening the staff. No license number was provided due to the employee not knowing if it was legal to give out. I have now been instructed to bring the rug to the store and receive a refund. I asked for the corporate email or a higher representative to speak to on the matter and was continually not heard or acknowledged but instead told we may discuss this in store when I bring the return. This was also in question if a return could be accommodated. I would like to speak with a corporate representative to share my experience and hope an audit of leadership, personal relations and sales tactics is reviewed for the store not mention.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge

I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this store, recently purchased leather sofa and loveseat within the first month of use there are intentions were one previously sat, purchased warranty, sent technician out (*****) took pictures (which I sent via email requested by person assisting me) no paperwork, no follow-up or update as of a week ago, took it upon myself to call was told ordered ******* but no information on the tracking. This is horrible they state no refunds, I don't have ******* to throw away..It was delivered on the 7th of November, contacted the store on December the 6th.No reply to emails sent, something needs to be done about the way the conduct business.Ashley Furniture HomeStore Stoneledge
