    On April 16, 2025 we signed a contract with Rock County Fence and Deck for a fence installation. They verbally told us they could install our fence the third week of May 2025, and we paid them $1,400 as a down payment. This date came and passed. We've called, texted, emailed-no response. We cannot get ahold of the business at all, no matter what method. We went in-person on June 2nd, 2025 and found one of the employees hiding in the office, who then came out after several minutes of us knocking and told us he would get us a fence next week. I have this verbal agreement on video. That week came and went, no communication from them. We have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks with no response, and now no one is there in-person. I believe they are scamming elderly women, promising them fences if they provide a down payment. They cashed our check the very next day on April 17.The phone numbers we have tried are: ************ and ************.     I went to the business on March 20, 2025 to have a vinyl fence installed. I paid a down payment of $11331.00 via debit card so i have the transaction, and was told the fence would be started on the 3rd week of April. After the 3rd week of April I started emailing the company. The first email I asked for a start date which I was told they would get back to me. Since then I have sent 5 emails, all of which have gone unanswered. I have gone to the business which was told I would receive a call back within a hour, but I haven't. Numerous more calls have gone unanswered. Absolutely no work has been preformed

    I have been under contract with this company since the end of October 2024 and fence is still not installed and was paid for in full at the time of signing the contract. Now no one will get back to me and I have been very patient.

    We got a bid from Rock County Fence this summer in June of 2024 and proceeded with the project. The project includes a 3 sided privacy fence around pool equipment with a gate along with a metal fence and gate from the side of our house up to our retaining wall. We signed a contract and paid in full for a discount. The project was supposed to be completed in September of 2024. It is now Dec 11 and the posts have been installed and nothing else completed. Their voicemail is full and they do not answer. I have emailed and they do not respond to any of my questions regarding when the project will be completed. There have been 3 dates they said they were coming and no one showed up. Their website is having issues and I do not know how to get ahold of them to see if they are able to complete this or if we need to get our money back.

    October 2024, requested an installation of two chain link gates in my house, quoted $ ***** for the job which would be done by the first week of December. Time has come and no gates installed. I have called Rock County Fence and Deck four times and message box is full, no solution. I will be visiting office tomorrow.

    I paid for a steel fence to be installed the end of November. I have called, texted, and emailed numerous times this week with no response as well as called two other numbers with no success. I went to ****** Reviews and read numerous other reviews with customers paying the quote in full to be left with no product as well as no responses to their emails and phone calls.

    On/About 09/23/2024 I retained Rock County Fence and Deck to remove my old deck and build a new one. On/About 10/29/2024 ***** and team came to house a removed most of the deck, left part of disassembled desk in the yard and I have not heard back from them since. While I understood they were waiting on permits, I have left a couple voice messages and texts with ***** at ************ this week and there has been no response. I attempted to contact through website, but site is down.

    I received an estimate for a wood privacy fence from ******************* at Rock County Fence and Deck in ****** **. On 9/ 28/2023 I paid the full amount of ******** and was told it would be done before winter. I have the receipt. I called the office on Nov to see if it would still be done and was told it would because they worked all winter if they can.That was the last time I talked to anyone. Nothing has been done and I have not heard anything. I called on Feb 26, 2024 and there was a recording saying they were not answering calls. I sent an email and got a reply from **** and thanked me for reporting the phones and that they were just starting back full time and he would let me know where I was on the schedule. I havent heard anything. I left a phone message and sent an email this week asking for a date or I wanted my full amount of money back.

    5/30/23 contract signed and paid in full, $7,187.70 to build a deck and start in July.No one ever showed up to build the deck.We call Rock county fence and deck every couple of weeks.******************* the owner kept putting us off saying it would be built the next month.His last promise date was the end of October.On November 14th **** called and wanted to start the deck. He would not give us a completion date. We felt it was to close to winter, it would not be done. We ask for a full refund.He said he would start the refund process.We have called almost every week. On 12/18 he called and said his account will be working on the refund after the 1st of the year.We have not received it yet.On 1/5 and 1/8 we called and left a message. He returned the call 1/8 and said due to being busy and the snow storm his accountant could not get to our refund.On 1/17 and 1/22 we called and left a message for **** and no response.
