  I ordered a sofa on May 29, 2024. Did not hear anything for almost 3 months I emailed the company to have my order canceled on August 24. I still have not received my nearly $3000 refund and Ive been told and now my sofa is being delivered on August ********************************************** the past three days to cancel the order and receive a refund. I have not received a phone call from staff member regarding this concern. Sounds like theyre trying to force me to take piece of furniture that I repeatedly asked to have cancel. This is one of the concerns of not buying from a local store to address concerns with a human being face-to-face.

  Hello Greg. Your furniture was completed ahead of schedule in early July. We provided tracking via the contact info you gave us so you could track everything in real-time, as we do with all customers. We never received any response. The August 30th ETA was as the furniture was already en route via the tracking we provided back in July. We have a 30-day money back guarantee on all furniture as publicly advertised on our site, which includes the ability to cancel and order at any point for a full refund. When you reached out to cancel, we promptly did so along with confirmation that said refund had been submitted and processed.

  The sofa is even better than I had anticipated. It was worth the wait and communication was provided throughout the entire process. I will recommend Rising Tide Design Co. moving forward because of the great experience.

  I’m a lawyer is *****, ********. Was designing my office to have the traditional law office style. The Chesterfield was a must. Found Rising Tide online and their price was right and appeared to be good quality, so I ordered it. Sofa arrived a few months later and have no complaints. Sofa looks great, just as expected. The buffalo leather seems like it will last the ages. Only criticism is the cushions are a bit stiff, but not to the point they are uncomfortable. Would give it 5 stars and recommend this sofa to anyone wanting a reliable company and good product for a great price.

  Great experience from start to finish! We knew we wanted to order the chesterfield sofas for our new home; but had some delays with moving in. Due to this; I left the sofas (we purchased 2 95” and 1 loveseat) in my shopping cart. We received a hand written note from Cole, the owner, about completing the purchase and that sealed the deal for us. While the order did take some time to arrive (about 4 months), we knew this going in and were informed during all steps of the process. The couches arrived wonderfully packaged and are absolutely stunning. The cushions/sofa are most definitely on the firm side but should break in nicely over their years of use. These are a beautifully crafted piece and everyone who has seen them has fallen in love!

  Worth the wait? I would say, yes.Our Chesterfield was delivered last week after several months in production. It arrived carefully wrapped and boxed. The delivery service carried it into position with care. The quality, fit and finish and customer support exceeded my expectations.   The sofa is beautiful. It took a crazy long time, but the communication was good, and we are so happy with the purchase. It's classy, and comfortable and should give us many years of use. Five stars.
