5 starsWords cannot even begin to describe what a beautiful piece of art my green chesterfield sofa truly is! I was a little afraid to order a sofa from a place I couldn’t just walk into, however, Cole and his team at Rising Tide Design Co were quick to answer questions and provide updates all the way through the process. This company goes above and beyond to provide great service to their customers. I 100% recommend buying from Rising Tide Design Co. I recommend that purchases from this company be made with strict reservation. The quality of what they deliver does not match what they advertise. They delivered a half-refurbished couch that was inartfully spray-painted to the color we chose. The spray paint wiped right off. While they offer a 30-day money back guarantee, I can't imagine who doesn't utilize it. They get 1 star here b/c 0 is not an option.

Hello ******. Leather is an organic material that is quite prone to mold and mildew. Due to our long transits, we purposely ship it quite dry. Especially during these warm and humid summer months. Some slight dye transfer can be expected prior to the initial conditioning and buffing of the furniture. After which, there should be none. We take our quality very seriously and have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all furniture, as you mentioned. If a customer doesn't like the furniture for any reason, we'll pick it up free of charge and return it for a full refund. As we did for you. Please also that if there is something wrong or concerns beyond 30 days, let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right. Whether that be a return and/or replacement. Furniture of this kind is a major purchase that our customers patiently waited for, so we try to personally confirm with everyone that everything arrived as it should. 5 starsIt was a very easy experience, and my couch and chair are wonderful! I love the Remington Chesterfield Leather Sofa and Chair. They are lovely and fit my living room perfectly.
