    Truly an exceptional business. My husband wanted a Chesterfield so badly and I could not believe the prices when I found Rising Tide. The quality of our piece is beyond anything I could have expected (87" sofa with Tufted Cushion), it arrived seamlessly and in perfect condition, and their customer service was responsive and extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.     Our red leather Chesterfield sofa did not disappoint. It is well made. The solid structure looks and feels like a quality piece of furniture from a time gone by. It commands attention in the room. The Company is upfront about the ordering timeframe but it was worth the wait. We enjoyed tracking it on its journey from origin to destination.Rising Tide were prompt with any inquiries we made and the delivery guys were very pleasant and professional.I would use this company again

    Excellent experience with Rising Tide. Very communicative and with you for the entire process up to and including final delivery. I purchased the Brooklyn Arm Chair and Love Seat and both pieces are beautiful and well made. Just be prepared that it will take sometime to get the pieces to you. They are made to order. Well worth the wait!

    I ordered a Chesterfield sofa from this company. The delivery took months, but they were very clear about that up front. The piece arrived intact and within their specified window. The piece is gorgeous and feels like a quality sofa that will last for decades to come. I'm very happy with my purchase and may buy another to accompany it in the future.
