I signed a three-year contract with Best Version Media, a magazine that offers ads in ******, **. The agreement included:1. A small ad (1/4 of a page) in the magazine to help promote my business.2. Quarterly full page feature articles to highlight my company.3. Ongoing customer support and follow-ups to ensure my advertising investment was effective.Despite my commitment and payment to this contract, the company has failed to deliver on several key promises:1. I have only received one article instead of the promised quarterly articles.2. There has been no communication or follow-up from the company. I have reached out multiple times via phone and email over several months, but my inquiries have not been followed up with.3. I have seen no results from the advertising, and my concerns about its effectiveness have gone unaddressed.4. No one from the company has taken action to resolve these issues, despite my repeated attempts to contact my assigned representative.Desired Resolution:Termination of the contract without penalty due to the businesss failure to uphold its obligations.

I was approached by a representative of Best Version Media about an ad campaign for my business and was told it was Sarahs business. She proceeded to go over the type of advertising and I agreed to try a 90 day campaign nothing more. I didnt hear back from her for over 4 months and then received notice that an ad was circulating and I tried several times to email her because I had not heard or received any type of contract agreement. Finally I received an email stating that a contract was sent but they said they were resending it. When I finally received it they had a signature that was my name but NOT my signature and it was done as a 3 year contract which I NEVER agreed to do. I continued to try and contact the main office which turned out to be a company in ********* that I knew nothing about or even heard of before. I informed them this was a fraudulent contract and not signed by me but they insisted since it was a contract they would continue to run ads despite my adamant refusal to continue since the contract was fraudulently written. They continued to harass me for payment and put the account in collections so now I have no idea how to proceed with this issue. I have contacted several attorneys with no success of how to proceed. This company is a scam and needs to be shutdown immediately My business is Alternative Choices

*** client signed an agreement for 36 months of advertising, which included a three-month upgrade at no additional cost. *** local *** was present upon the signing of the agreement. We do not offer 90-day campaigns, and the terms of the agreement were explained by our ***. *** team has reached out to our client with a fair offer that would resolve this situation, and we are now waiting to hear back.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In reference to the claim a contract was signed by me when Best Version Media ***resentative is false and I have numerous other documents that have a true signature of mine and they in no way are the same as what is in the fraudulent contract from Best Version Media and I have two employees who were present when the ***resentative was there who can verify I DID not sign on for a three year contract with this company. The discussion was a temporary ad campaign with a pending possible year contract. I never received a contract from the *** on this visit and only when I saw payment was taken off a credit card she was given 4 months after our initial meeting which then prompted me to inquire where any paperwork regarding our discussion was and that I had NO copy of . I had to email ***** the ***resentative several times before finally receiving this fraudulent contract and signature and discovered it was initiated for three years. In my *************************************** initiated a 3 year contract with ANY advertiser and these were businesses Ive had a relationship with for years and local to me and I remember ***** discussing a possible 3 year but informed her since I had never heard of the company before which she claimed was HER business I would not do such a lengthy contract. Since this process has already gone almost six months at this point the only thing I would agree to fora resolution is to end this contract at a year with the funds (based on monthly payments)this company has offered for the length of a one year term. The company also claimed ads were running on social media and I never saw proof of any such ads and after only 2 months received an email telling me THEY were changing the format to a ****** ad versus ******** so if a contract would have existed they broke it themselves by changing formats without permission. I would hope that this company would do the right thing and be satisfied that I am willing to abide to offer them a one year contract and at least have payment instead of forcing a legal action to prove the signature on so called contract is fraudulent, which is why my bank took action to close the credit card account. While I appreciate that they have confidence in their ***resentatives it does not mean they are honest and could be motivated by a fraudulent sale

I would like to end the contract that I have currently with Best Version Media. I am locked in with them for 36 months for the price of $213.60. they have said they are going to send magazines to a specific area in ********. Yet it's been more than a year and haven't gotten any business from them. And I honestly feel like I am throwing my hard earned money away. I just want to get out of the contract and not be stressed out that I am tied in the contract. If there is a way I can at least get some money back that would be great. But them main thing I would like to do is get out of the contract and not deal with them ever again. Thanks!!!

On February 21st, my business partner approached me with a proposal for ad print from ***** ***** of Neighbors of ******, a subsidiary of this company, see **************************************************************** We spent quite a bit of time on the phone discussing it. We were told multiple times we could cancel the agreement at any time. I told him I was in for half and left the call to go back to work. Within 48 hours, I began receiving ridiculous amounts of spam to the extent I could no longer conduct actual business. I immediately told him to call her and cancel this. I don't share this number under any other circumstances except with clients for the express reason that this is a business **********, I'm being told it's refused, but, strangely enough the spam stopped as well. We promptly requested a cancellation, and have been refused. I'm prepared to file a complaint with the attorney generals of both NC and *********. It is fraud to say that you can cancel, and within literally three days be told the opposite. No charges have been submitted to a credit card at this time, and we would like to avoid that. In addition, we'd like them to stand on what they said. We would also like to put this company on your register with this complaint so others can see it. I attempted to do some due diligence, to make sure this was respectable. Because there was no complaint, I was unable to.

I am submitting this formal complaint against Best Version Media (BVM) due to misleading business practices, lack of transparency, and failure to provide promised results.I signed on with BVM based on their assurances that my business, Spa La Vie Jolie, would receive substantial exposure and a return on investment (ROI) as a new business in town. These promises were made to me by a representative of BVM, who also serves as the head of our local ********************* which raises ethical concerns regarding a potential conflict of interest.Despite paying a substantial monthly fee, I have received zero return on investment. I diligently track how clients find my business, and not a single client has come from my advertising with BVM. This clearly indicates that their services did not deliver the exposure or value they promised.I have made multiple attempts to address this issue directly with BVM. I have reached out numerous times via email over the past three months, outlining my concerns and seeking a resolution. However, I have received no response to my complaints. Given this lack of communication, I have explicitly stated that I will only communicate via email to maintain a documented paper trail. Despite this, BVM has continued to ignore my concerns.

RE: Ad Agreement E-335875 I know for a fact that this advertising has not creating any business for me!I was told that there would be advertising for my business in magazines and online yet no one has said they found us by any of these ads. I was being pushed to sign and get the agreement back to the *** so the services could start right away, so I didn't have the opportunity to fully read the agreement, especially the part that states I can't cancel! When I reviewed the agreement it is showing expiration date of 12/2027 when this was supposed to be a 2 year not a 3 year agreement. Also, When reviewing where the adds are going it makes no since to me why my Beauty Salon is being listed in 3 specific locations listed below:Print ad: ******* Living Digital Ad: ******* Living - ****************** Ad Pro Digital Ad: ******* *************** Display Ad Pro I looked them up and I find it interesting that Best Version media owns ******* **************** I am paying out $1266.60 a month for an advertisement that has not brought forth fruit! I cannot keep paying for these fees for the next 2 years without anything in return. Once a month I get a magazine that cost me $1266.60 a month - this magazine only has advertisements in it. Again, I have not received any clients to my business from any advertisements that are supposed to be running. I also went to the ******* *************** ******** page and couldn't locate an advertisement when I went to search so if it is supposed to be there where is it? I would like to see live proof! I'm ready to hire an attorney to get me out of this agreement that was forced and fraudulent!

We do not guarantee a specific return on investment from our advertising services. Our local *** explained the terms of the agreement and answered questions when meeting with our client. Our Digital Team also met with our client to discuss their digital services. Additionally, we provide a monthly impressions ***ort so our clients can see how many impressions they received from their digital ads. We have honored the terms of the agreement that our client signed.

I was sold into using BVM services in the spring of 2024. My agent, ****, was very promising about the impact BVM would have on our surrounding communities and that it would generate loads of business for my company and wed be eager to sign up again when it was time. We signed up for magazines and for the digital ads. We were paying $3k a month for these services. Over the course of 2024 we noticed just 1 person had contacted us from the magazines. That job wasnt enough to cover a few months of what we were paying. After generating a negative return on our investment I decided to look further into the digital ads because I knew of a few others in business that were having success running digital ads. I came to find out that BVM ad team didnt even have my website link in my ads they were running! How could you leave that detail out! What is the point of running digital ads if you cant track and see how theyre performing and direct people to your website! They breached the contract. After months of giving my money to this company I finally did some more digging and met others who were scammed by them as well. It is astonishing they have been able to get away with it. I am convinced their good reviews are bots and not generated from real experiences or people. BVM completely over sold and under delivered, scammed my small business, and most importantly BREACHED THE CONTRACT for linking my website to the digital ads. How am I supposed to get any business that way?! Clearly this company is in business for the wrong reasons, they are frauds! They are lucky I am not after them for a refund for breaching the contract, I simply just want to cut my losses and make sure nobody else falls for this again, and that they dont s**** anybody else by breaching the contract again!

I signed a two-year agreement on 6/15/24 with Best Version Media, LLC (BVM) for them to provide advertising services for my company. My monthly bill for services is $489.20. I hired a *** to help me with building my company and you will see communications from her on my company's behalf in the attached documents. BVM provides me with monthly ***orts on performance, as well as there is a portal I can access at anytime to review performance of my ads. As I started analyzing the numbers, it became apparent that the validity of the data being provided to me was incorrect. My COO had multiple calls with our service *** to confirm that what we were interpreting it correctly and were told "The error is from the dashboard so there's nothing for you to do." We confirmed that the dashboard he was referencing was, indeed, the portal we review our numbers in. We have emailed our account manager multiple times regarding the concerns and have received emails back that do not address any of the concerns mentioned. We also have followed up to ask when we should expect a response. They are unresponsive to my concerns, including that my company questions the validity and accuracy of all data provided to me since the contract was executed. Their contract has no termination clause and their contract puts no responsibility on their company for anything. In addition, they say they are not responsible for helping my ads perform better, yet I have screenshots from my BVM dashboard that say they will work to help optimize performance. The company is unresponsive, doesn't answer direct questions about issues, and is providing incorrect data that I cannot trust and they won't respond. It also shows that it says data is being monitored for accuracy which is obviously an inaccurate claim, as well. ****** ad impressions questioned due to extremely radical change.

I was approached by a lady that is no longer with the company. I signed a 3 year contract almost 3 years ago. She told me the 3 year contract was the best deal and the magazine would reach a ton of clients with lots of cats.Being a small business who just got certified in cat grooming I was desperate and neive to get clients. I spent $10,000 and got one client. When I ever I brought the issue to the *** she got upset with me. This has caused me to go into debt and get very depressed. My contract is done in April of this year but I want out now!
