We, like other featured families, were delighted with the way we were treated by the editor and photographer. But, well before this, we've always found our local edition to be a wonderful neighborhood magazine. We read and enjoy it every month. Continued harrassment since cancelling my services in the summer. I wanted It on hold at first but they charged my card anyways. So I decided to cancel & they still charged an additional month for cancelled services. Not to mention I sent my article to 3 different employees that all quit & my article didn't show up since the new ownership of the company. So I'm paying for a service I'm not even getting. I changed my card to remove their access. Then I was harassed through email & voice messages to pay bills I didn't owe. I now have a new email with a legal letter that it's gone to collections for a service I cancelled. I had no problems with the original owners/staff. They are trying to sue anyone that cancels their contract. Terrible company to deal with & not worth the headache & what you get out of your agreement.Best Version Media, LLC

Predatory company that charges an absolutely outrageous amount of money for printer advertising in 2023. People through these magazines right in the trash. There are much better ways to spend advertising dollars.Best Version Media, LLC

Since signing up with this useless local magazine I havent had any one potential client reach out to me. Its been 10 months of wasting money on this scam of magazine!! As a business owner, if youre investing in marketing magazine and its not working out of course youll want to opt out but with company GOOD Luck getting out. They charged me over $700 for a lousy magazine ad which I havent benefited from it at all.Best Version Media, LLC

What a cool opportunity to be featured in the Fruita Living magazine! Since it came out we have had many random Fruita residents acknowledge us in passing. We however do not receive the magazine so have had to depend on friends to share their copy with us. Predatory and manipulative sales tactics galore! I entered into what I was TOLD was a "cancel anytime" agreement and the only document I signed was an agreement that for however long I wanted to run my ad, the price would not change for up to two years. When I decided to stop running the ad to my seasonal business, I was told I was actually in a contract for advertising for two years, not that the price would stay the same for two years before it could be raised and that I could cancel anytime. A total, bold faced lie.The person who signed me up lied to my face and edited the documents which were presented to me. The company continues to harass me to this day. Do not use this company for any advertising purposes.Best Version Media, LLC

The claims made in this review are not truthful. Our local rep did not lie to our client about the cancellation terms or edit any documents after signing. In fact, our client communicated to our team that their business was closing, but has not been able to provide any verification on the matter. It's unfortunate our client has decided to misrepresent our business when we have honored our side of the agreement that was signed.
