This place is a fraud. Purchased a transmission with ****** miles on it and received one with over ****** miles. ***** with 5 different people who kept lying and when they realized they got caught in the lie, they just hang up. No one was even surprised that the purchased product wasnt what was received. This obviously happens a lot and they dont do anything for it. They know people are purchasing from them because they are in a bind for vehicle parts so they rip you off.Engine Shopper, LLC

this company has many bad reviews on the internet along on the bbb, they have a problem with not telling the truth and wanting to still money from hard working Americans. I have all the email from someone call ***** in shipping even the one he would just mail a check, so now they are trying to keep the product and the money, I also have all the photo before swengines received the motor and anyone that know about motors knows that water can not go into it at all, this is coming from a Master Mechanic not some junk yard want a be Mechanic. I have asked for the company to do the right thing and they refuse to make things right. I do not want their product because one they do not stand behind there word or warranty if the bbb would like the email along with photos i will me more then happy to post them. even the Lease company is having a hard time getting the money back from them and they have the product back Just let me know Thanks ***********************Boyd B.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Placed an order on a Wednesday, then called and cancelled said order that Friday. Mind you we hadn’t received tracking information or been notified the part shipped. Spoke with a woman name Alice who was “canceling our order” and that we would receive a notice in our email in 5 minutes. We hung up. Checked our emails, junk mail and spam mail. Nothing. Then continued to play phone tag trying to get this confirmation email. Finally they just stopped answering our phone calls. Fast forward to Sunday and we received a confirmation email that our part had been shipped. Of course their office is closed. Called Monday morning and played phone tag for an hour before finally getting the cancellation email. Ironically that email magically appeared within a few minutes of them canceling the order. Now they are trying to charge me 25% of my overall cost, shipping fee and core charge. If they would of done what they were suppose to do on Friday the item would not have a shipping label therefore they wouldn’t of been able to obtain their money. THIS IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM. Don’t bother buying from here. I will be taking legal action.Engine Shopper, LLC

1 star5/17/22 I bought a transmission and told shipping is about 2 weeks. Days later, the shipping co said it went to their distribution center but was not found. QUT (Quality Used Transmissions) explained it was lost and would send one ASAP. They sent it but it was damaged and unusable. QUT then requested we provided a video, the mechanic’s official report with costs, and diagnostics. 3 to 4 weeks later we received a 2nd trans. The 1st removed and the 2nd installed. All paid by me. The warranty dept at QUT said to write to them for a refund of the 2nd installation. I did and on Monday, July 18 2022 I received an email : Hello, I hope this finds you well. I just received the confirmation for your labor claim request and I regret to inform you that the supervisor has denied your claim as we do not cover problems with the intake manifold. With this, I am sincerely sorry but we can no longer escalate as this is already voided from the supervisor himself. Thank you. Sam …Warranty Department.
Wed July 20th I wrote: Sam I do not know what you mean by intake manifold. My invoice was for the replacement of the transmission. Please call me.
On August 2nd, 2022 I spoke to the MGR. Sancho, he said not to worry, acknowledged the error, and will send me a reimbursement. September 22 2022 we talked. He apologized again and said he would take care of it.
I still have not received anything.
12/1/22 I spoke to Art in the warranty dept. She said the system shows my issue in process but to speak to the mgr and she would transfer the call and email him as well. I asked to be copied. She transferred me and I was met with a dial tone.
I hope to resolve this issue with a reimbursement of $563. After reading other complaints, I believe the next thing they may say is, that according to the warranty the buyer will pay for shipping and restocking fees, nullifying any return. Making the warranty a joke and maybe illegal. Unless they make this right I would never recommend them to anyone.Review fromLisa B.

CROOKS!
I bought an engine for my Ford f150 that was supposed to have 83k miles on it. Got it, looked like someone wiped their butt with it. Mechanic installed it and 2 of the cylinders were low compression; engine totaled plus crank shafts are toast.
This is after they took 3 weeks to deliver it because they were doing such a "thorough" inspection of the engine or probably cutting it out of some piece of garbage at the junk yard (arrived looking like they used a cutting torch on some pieces).
I emailed them and spoke with the motor refund guy and he said "engine worked fine, we have a video of it running". Dude obviously trying to weasel his way out of the refund. I asked him to send me the video with the serial number of the engine in the video to cross reference as well as a test showing compression was good. He didn't address that and said he submitted the claim. I demanded he pay for my 2.3k labor costs for my mechanic to put in the crappy engine and he gave me a number to contact the support person for the labor side of the refund.
I called the refund number and this lady answered and said "we don't refund initial installations of the motor, we only pay for the labor if the motor blows and you have to have a new one installed.”. So now I am stuck with a $2.3k installation bill on top of the $2k I spent on the engine. Too boot, now I have to spend another $1k to remove the installed engine to send back to them to MAYBE get $2k refund. They tell me as well shipping isn’t free if they find anything “wrong” with the engine, which based on all the reviews about their corruption, I am sure they will try to find a way to weasel their way out of paying me the full amount. ??After doing some research I found out that their parent company was sued by the state of Wisconsin in 2017 for ripping people off as remanns.com is apart of a parent company that runs this scam in many different states under many different LLC names. ??

Need a 0 star option. BEWARE: first engine took a long time to arrive and was bad - this was not discovered until after installation. Second engine was received after many weeks of waiting. SWE promised to cover the costs of the bad engine removal and installation of second engine. They did not. Barely received back the core deposit. No response to multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Ended up paying several thousands of dollars more in removal/installation than I should have. AVOIDEngine Shopper, LLC

BEWARE 20% restocking fee if you make a mistake in your order!. We ordered a used engine from this company on the Friday before the July 4th holiday 2022. We made a mistake on the year of the engine, but it was too late in the day to call back. We emailed and left several messages. We were ready to reorder the correct engine, however their policy states that there is a 20% restocking fee! That was $517! We don't think they had to restock; the engine never left the shelf. However, we were NEVER able to reach anyone at "Quality" Used engines again. They will not pick up or return our calls. BEWARE the 20% restocking fee. Don't make a mistake. Read the other reviews about the poor quality of their engines!(I would give the 0 stars if possible!)Engine Shopper, LLC
