I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and the experience was disappointing. They didnt deliver the car on the agreed day and never gave me a delivery time. I wasnt allowed to take it home the same day, even after signing everything. When it was finally delivered, the drivers floor mat was missing. I was told: used cars dont include that.I wouldnt recommend this place based on how things were handled.

Bought a used car. Some issues with it were disclosed during sale. So took it to mechanic to get those issues fixed. Also fixed a few other minor issues. After they were fixed we noticed that there was something else wrong. Took it back to mechanic to find out. It has a bad transmission that wasnt disclosed at sale. Have been trying to talk to a manager, but every time I call they send me to voicemail and the last time I called the voicemail box was full and it just hangs up. Waiting to see if they will resolve this issue that is if they ever call back if not, Im going to move forward with the Wisconsin lemon law and file a complaint with the state. With already spent money to fix what they disclosed to be wrong and then still not safe to drive I have just paid a lot for a large paper weight .

We have been dealing with Kunes RV in ******* for 2 years and the service dept has been the worst experience. If we did not have a warranty we would no longer deal with this company at all. Since April they have had our camper less a few weekends. We are paying for indoor storage, but due to negligence and misordering of parts it has been there. We have camping plans that we have had to cancel, we have been embarrassed because the camper was “fixed” and it breaks while we are out. The callbacks do not happen, we have tried escalating and nothing ever comes of it. Do not buy from here if you like good customer service.

I wouldnt recommend them!! Lie,lies, and more lies!!! Find somewhere else to go. They dont do the work, tell you its done and its not and then still dont do it when you prove its not done. When they finally issue you a refund, surprise, tax money is not coming back. And yes, no return calls!!

I purchased a car from Kunes **** ****** in march 2022, it was a 2018 Malibu. I test drive the car didn’t seem nothing wrong. I took the car to get check out to see if everything is ok. Well the service guy told me the car was in good condition but, there are 2 things that need to be replaced stability tract and vacuum pump which I replace during the 45 day before making a payment. As the weather was getting better, I noticed the car was very loud drive, loud noise sound like I had a tractor on the car it was so loud. I did a car fax it didn’t mention any accidents and it have only two owners. So in 2023 no problems, summer of 2024 the car started slowly down going when I was going to work the car stop the stability tract show up in the dashboard couldn’t start the car stuck in the street I had help to removed the car off the street till a tow truck came. Took the car a mechanic to look at it out it was stability tract went out plus the vacuum pump was broken I just repaired those items. That was in September of 2024 I repair them again. A week later in October 2024 the fuel pump when out, the handle of passenger side broke off, the trunk stop working need to be replaced, the motor in driver seat went out, I can on and on with repairs on this car. Also the finance company who they finance the car through has the highest interest rates making the car $25,000, when I sign the paperwork the car was $19,000. To make a story short I surrender the car in August 2024 they never pickup the car so the sit for a month I decided to call them make a payment and get the car repair again. kunes mail a letter to see if I was interested in trading the car, the car had some many problems they didn’t want to do a trade so I left the car the on their lot cause I had to tow the car cause fuel pump went out.

Steer clear, buyer BEWARE!!! If I could leave negative stars I would!! I purchased a car on April 26, 2025 approximately one week later I discovered that the paint was a flat paint on my passenger side rear door. Carfax was clear stating no accidents, but clearly this vehicle had been repaired at some point. I called my sales person because I can guarantee you I would not have bought this vehicle. Had I known of this issue and I’m sure no one else would have either. This was a certified used 2022 Ford Explorer Limited. I cannot even get a general manager name Sale ****** to call me back. I have left several messages with sales, managers, sales persons, and a voicemail that does not announce whose voicemail it is so I feel like they are just sending me to a blank voicemail to get me off the phone my sales person Ian ******** was no help either as a matter of fact, it was more like a too bad so sad. I called the credit union they set me up with for financing. They had an incorrect phone number incorrect email address and I had to reset everything up the credit union I thought I was with was not even the same name the guy at the credit union confirmed that they have had many complaints about this dealership. That’s pretty sad coming from the credit union. I also had a broken headrest and a piece in the back area of the vehicle that needed to be replaced. They ordered the part I have yet to pick it up because I want to do it at the same time as them fixing my headrest, I live three hours away from the dealership. I have suggested a few different times to come in, which are Wednesdays and they tell me because the service manager is not in on Wednesdays that I cannot come in on those days because he needs to be present. This was in the contract for them to fix so I don’t understand why he would need to be present when they are paying for it, supposed general manager, Sal ****** answered a ****** review, but I’ve never heard from him!! Don’t buy here!

We have been extremely disappointed with the experience that we received at this dealership, from the very beginning of the interaction.- we told them we were interested in a car, and before we had talked numbers, they were already running our credit and assuming we agreed to purchasing the car -We did come to an agreement, and made an appointment, we live 5 hours away from the dealership, when we arrived (15 mins early), they were not prepared for us, and had to sit and wait for over 2 hours - Once we left we had nothing but issues with the car, we called the dealership the next day, and their only option was for us to drive 5 hours back to them, just to look at it-- these were all issues that should have been fixed in the first place, during the initial inspection, before they sold it, and we should have been notified that it had been in 2 accidents before we purchased as well, but none of that was gone over with us.would not recommend working with this dealership, and will never do business with them- make sure you do your homework before you purchase, they say they are committed to providing a great experience and offer a no pressure sales environment, and that couldn't be further from the experience that we had.

November 12th 2024, I traded in my car and got a 2023 BMW x1 from Kunes Madison. Initially had a bad taste in my mouth as I had brought up concerns with the paint needing correction and there was, what sounded like a whirring noise, from the driver rear wheel. I looked at the salesman and asked if those were things they could look at and fix if I bought the vehicle. He said yes of course, might just need to bring it back another day. Well I was dumb for believing it. I went back and forth to Kunes and BMW 4 total times in a month trying to figure out the issue. Long story short Kunes was cheap and sold me a vehicle with not 2 but 4 ********* tires. The front 2 had 2-3 tread and the back were cupped so bad they were creating the noise. Not only did Kunes give me the run around and sent me to BMW for warranty ( it wasn’t warranty they were just careless when selling a vehicle, not their problem right?) so after buying a vehicle, I had to turn around and pay for a complete detail and 2 new tires for the back. Kunes overall just doesn’t care about the quality of anything. They just care about the sale and quantity. I’ve gone back and forth reviewing Kunes as I got in contact with someone higher up and was ghosted by him after being away for the holidays ( I am not from here and am able to take two weeks off for the holidays). Don’t buy from them. Even had a couple employees tell me how bad they felt for me bc they knew I was lied too and cheated.

On ******** the price of the car was $48,856. I really liked the car but the only thing wrong with it was the paint was really scratched up. The Salesmen that I talked to was named Krystof. When I bought the car from them, Krystof told me that the ceramic coating was free. But come to find out the secretly charged me for the ceramic coating. How did I find out they charged me on the ceramic coating. When I got the bill for my car loan I noticed that the Loan was higher then what I anticipated. So I talked to Krystof and he said that “I never said the Ceramic Coating was free”. This really got me mad because he told me it was gonna be free. If it was not gonna be free then I would not buy the car at all. And they also charged me theft deterrent which I never agreed on. They costed me 1900. That is 1900 that I should be getting back.

If there was an option to put zero stars, I would. Dealer salespeople and managers hid car info and lied about the condition of the car listing. Contacted the dealership and spoke to Endrit, who I confirmed the car was a one-owner clean car fax, zero accidents vehicle. Endrit stated it was as described multiple times as the listing described, and then when I asked more questions about the car, he said he was new, so he transferred me to the sales manager Trevor who then stated the car was indeed a one-owner clean fax car with a couple minor defects (scratch on wheel and bumper that's it) and we worked out a appointment time in which I would be driving 8 hours to see the car told them this and along with that I said i would be putting 15k down on the car. Upon arrival, the car looked clean, but I soon realized it was in an accident because of how many defects on the car it had on the front end then I had them pull the car fax, and it actually was 3 owners and had been in an accident. When I confronted Trevor, he acted oblivious and said he had no idea this was even true lied about the body work being done lied about the listing and stated he never said it was a 1 owner clean car fax but stated this multiple times overall terrible experience with shady salespeople after the whole situation they essentially acted as if it were their first day on the job and have never seen a car before would not recommend them at all and when they reply saying this never happened I have pictures of listing saying its a clean car fax and picture of the car fax they pulled inside of the dealership.
