      This establishment tried to take advantage of me because I am a young college student. They assumed because I am a young black female that I was not knowledgeable about purchasing a vehicle. This company tried to scam me by not abiding by a bonding contact that was giving to me. My vehicle needed to be repaired and they stated that I have to wait until my warranty kicks in so that they didn’t have to pay for the repair which would take 45 days. On the contact that I signed it stated that within the first 15days or 500 miles the company can do repairs without the warranty. When speaking to the manager Ramen he stated “if I repaired every vehicle that I sell I would be out of business”. Meaning that they were fully aware of the situation but simply tried to turn me away because they didn’t want to pay to fix the vehicle that I purchased. This place was very unprofessional and gave me the run around it took 20 calls, 3 messages, and speaking to 4 different people just to get my vehicle fixed. I don’t recommend this company because they are untrustworthy if you decide to go with this company PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.

      I have some credit issues after they contacted me a dozen times and assured me that I was approved for a loan and I told them I had less than $1000 to put down and Im a non-Social Security disability, I told them please dont have me come out unless you have me approved with the money I told them down they told me 100% I was approved and after driving over an hour to get there when I got there they told me I needed $6000 down they never even checked my credit until I got there People were let go that I had talked to couple days previously what a completely unprofessional place of business I would never recommend anybody to go to any of their stores theyre liars and they dont care about the consumer they completely lied to get me to come to the store

      DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD ANY ONE (with the exception of *******************) THAT WORKS FOR THIS DEALERSHIP SAYS! The people who constantly call and/or barrage you with email massages and texts do not work for ******* they are a third party company hired by Kunes to lure in dummies like me ****** is the most despicable, lying, manipulating person I have ever encountered word to this wise, if her lips are moving shes lying. I am so disgusted with my experience Im gonna tell anyone and everyone who will listen what S***** business Kunes CDJR and how they treated me. I have never in my life been treated so deplorably than I have by the Kunes, its employees and affiliates. I strongly suggest you visit absolutely any and every dealership in America before ever even thinking of doing business with Kunes.

      Well I applied online for fresh start financing I was told they could help me with no down payment required.when I got there I was at the desk for 1 hour and then they told me they couldn't help me unless i had $1000 down payment or a co-signer so my mom co signed for me. I left, took her to lunch and then came back after an hour and they said they couldn't help me unless I paid a $700 dollar monthy payment.I DIDNT EVEN GET TO LOOK AT A Vehicle or discuss prices. I will not go back again.

      The WORST experience I have had at a car dealership! Totally deceptive practices by the sales and financing staff. After haggling back and forth with lenders and even allowing me to go home with the vehicle, when I returned the next day, the monthly payments that had been discussed had increased by $200. No one advised me of this before I arrived or even before I started signing the paperwork. When I questioned the Finance Manager about it, she didn't seemed to care at all. The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. Don't be fooled.

      They are very unprofessional and Ive heard many things about their poor customer service. They dont evaluate the cars before they sell them to people. Theyve put my life in jeopardy multiple times. Ive barley driven my car that I got from them for two months straight.

      Belvidere by Car.com and told that they had me approved. I was looking for a Porsche Panamera. The representative told me they had 3 in stock at the Belvidere store. I set an appointment and I drove over an hour and a half to make the appointment. I was given a contact person (Finance Manager) to see. I was also told that the vehicles would be out front and ready for me to test drive. When I arrived no one knew anything about the vehicles and said they didn't have them in stock. They than told me I was at the wrong location and that I was supposed to go to the Chrysler dealership down the street. When i arrived at the Chrysler dealership they too said they didn't and never had the 3 vehicles in stock. They told me that they were at the Woodstock store. I called the Woodstock store before making the 40 minute drive there. The Woodstock store informed me that they didn't have the vehicles either. I told both the *** and the Chrysler dealership staff how disappointing my experience was and that I realized that their plan was just to get customers in the store and than try to sale them a car that they fo have in stock. I informed them that I wasn't desperate for a car and that I have several cars and that I came there because they claimed to have a particular car I wanted to by. I believe that since this auto group specializes in ****** vars to credit challenged people that figure if they can get you in the building they will sale you a car in their inventory; even if it's nit yhe one they claimed to have.

      WE BOUGHT A 2021 HONDA PILOT AND WAS TO GET A $675.00
      DISCOUNT. INSTEAD THEY ADDED ON THE $675.00. AFTER WAITING 4 HOURS TO
      GET OUT OF THIS PLACE WE SIGNED THE PAPERS AND DIDN'T NOTICE MISTAKE.
      WELL IT WAS NO MISTAKE AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WHERE DOING. I WILL NEVER
      BUY ANYTHING FROM KUNES AGAIN. WHEN WE ASKED THEM ABOUT IT THEY SAID
      THAT WE SIGNED THE PAPERS AND WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I SHOULD
      HAVE WENT TO COLUMBIA, MISSOURI. I WILL NEXT TIME.

      They lie about how much I made to the bank on the hourly wage that I made and they over charged me another $ ***** more on a vehicle that I got from them with out letting me know about it
