Hello, I will start by saying I purchased a Menards house brand freezer from the store in ************** in March of this year. The freezer seal has went bad so I called them to have it replaced and that freezer has since been discontinued there is nothing they can do about it other than me pay more money to get the next freezer up from the one that I purchased. I spoke with **** at the Jeffersonville store he is the store manager. I asked to speak to his boss, and he told me he is the boss. So as of now there is no freezer to replace mine unless I want to spend more money, or just let my $2000 worth of meat go bad in my deep freezer that I just purchased from them. I tried to get a hold of Menards corporate with no luck, they have no number to get a hold of any customer service representative. I dont have time to email back-and-forth my meat is going bad as we speak.

I bought a faulty weed eater for $329.00. No return or warranty information was available for review before purchasing at the store. The recept had no details on return policy nor warranty information. The unit was faulty out of the box and does not start. They refuse to take back because it had gas in it. They state I must take to a service center. No centers are available in my area. This violates the warranty laws in ****. It is illegal to sell an item that does not perform as stated on packaging. Menards frequently sells faulty items that they refuse to replace, and they make it impossible to return.

In May of this year we ordered countertops for our house remodel. We had to pay for the countertops up front, which we understood and got templates ordered to make sure they fit correctly. We have had to order templates going on five different times because they keep changing the dimensions incorrectly. We have been very specific to the changes that we need and the last templates were exactly the same as the last ones, so they sent us the exact same templates without making the changes that we need. We are at our wits end and dont know what else to do and are being charged for new templates, even though they are getting them wrong on their end. We just got our newest templates yesterday and they didnt make a single change that we requested. Our family has grow and we are ready to move into our bigger home and are just being held up on the countertops. They dont have any sympathy or customer service to even try and help us get the correct templates to move forward with our project. Only cared about collecting the money up front. Now we may be forced to spend twice the amount of money and go elsewhere because we dont feel that we will get the correct countertops that we need. They were the ones who designed the kitchen and measured the countertops to fit the cabinets. We feel like our hands are tied and we dont have much option.
