      They boast a Shark Ion robotic vacuum for EVERY DAY LOW PRICE OF 112.99. Yet, when you go to buy one on the very first day of the “sale” EVERY STORE ID MAGICALLY SOLD OUT. Bait and switch at its finest!

      We purchased a pole barn from Menards and were quoted for delivery and provided a delivery agreement. Today we received a call that a portion of the items were being delivered today as expected but the garage door would not come in until December, which we also knew and were okay with.However, we were told that we would now be charged double the delivery fee. We were told to go in and speak to a general manager, which I did. He informed me that it's not his salesperson's responsibility to note that there would be two delivery fees on the delivery fee agreement and that as a customer I should have known this because the garage door wasn't scheduled to be available until later. So long story short, do not trust any price agreement provided by Mendards as they will not uphold it, and expect the customer to know what their fees and policies are, not their salespeople.

      You can never fine anything on there website it not set up to search using key words. I just tryed searching for "peal and stick led strip lights" And it gives me peal and stick wall are. In what part of my search did I ask for wall art. It's so much easier to just wander around the store for 2 hours looking for what I need because there is never anyone to help you either. I would rather spend a little extra and shop at home depot. Atleast there are always some one walking around and will stop and ask if you need help.

      I bought a custom door and it was damaged out of the box. Our old door had already been removed when we saw the damage. Menards and their vendor, Midwest Manufacturing, would only replace the door. Not only would we have had to pay to have the door delivered to our residence (again) and pay to have it installed (again), we would have had to pay to have the damaged door returned to the store because the warranty doesn't cover installation or transportation. I'm not willing to spend MORE money, so now I'm stuck with a dented front door. Do not buy custom doors from Midwest Manufacturing! Unless you are satisfied with sub-standard craftsmanship!
