PESi continues to send me copious amounts of junk mail by postal service. I contacted them nearly a year ago snd they said their mail is already prepackaged and give it a few months. I contacted them again after 4 months and 8 months and now I cannot reach them. They continue to send unwanted mail that piles up if not checked daily that causes lots of concern for us. Please ask them to stop mailing me.

Thank you for your message. I do see your request to discontinue mailings in September of last year to the address listed in the complaint.  If there are any differences in the mailing address, the system does not flag it to suppress it from being mailed.  I will work with our mail marketing team to find any/all iterations of your address and remove them from the mailing system.  Thank you.

This company informed me that if i took their Autism course I would become "Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist Intensive Training (ASDCS)" certified. I paid $218.49 for the course and successfully completed it within one week (long before it expired). After I completed the course and inquired about certification, **** informed that I did not have the qualifications and that they would not certify me.They lied to me and stole my money. I want and deserve a full refund. They wasted my time and took my hard earned money.

In our advertising, we state that certification standards apply and prior to purchasing, we listed all of the requirements needed to become certified.  Your purchase was refunded in full on 5/23/23 per your request.

I have a *****************************, a Bachelor's in Social Work and a Masters in School Counseling. In ******** the counselor license is the Masters Degree. There isn't a school counseling specific license. I spent 400 dollars on two certifications to use in school counseling. I sat 15 hours and certified the **************** certification. I uploaded the completion cert and sent them official university transcripts that serve as proof of the Masters Degree in school counseling. I emailed them as well. I was told by email that I don't qualify because my counseling masters isn't good. Again, it serves as the counseling required in ******** for school counseling.

Three times I have contacted this business asking them to cease all mail communication and three times I have been assured this is the case, and yet the mail continues to arrive for the same names that have been allegedly removed from their lists.

My wife took a course with PESI some time ago. Since taken the course, they have been harassing us with constant daily mailings. Sometimes multiple per day. My wife passed away in February and I have asked **** on numerous occasions to remove her from their ailing list. Ways of contacting them includes emails, multiple website contact form submissions, as well as multiple phone calls. Each time they said she has been removed and it takes a bit of time. She passed away in February and it is now 2 days shy of October 1, which is more than adequate time for them to have removed her. Each time I continue to get mailings from them is another painful reminder of her death. I have told them that she passed away and they just don't care. Taking months to remove someone is a horrible business practice in hopes of throwing some sort of ***************** that they might send something that interests them and sign up again. They offer therapist courses and this is clearly a psychological ploy. They have the ability to remove them immediately, but pretend they don't. They send the same c*** over and over. When I have spoken to a human they 'assured' me that she has been removed but REFUSED to send proof when asked. I am fed up with this company and it needs to stop. Please remove her from your mailing list immediately, and stop giving me this whole c*** about it takes months. It's already been months. It's a lie, and you clearly know it. It's sickening to force me to live through my wife's death over and over every time I receive one of your flyers.Customer ID *******. Mail Code: *****.

We sincerely apologize that you are still receiving mailers.  As we plan our seminars months in advance, we also print and label our brochures 3-4 months prior to our programs and they route to a large mailing warehouse.  It does take up to ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* the warehouse.  Unfortunately it looks like there was not an entry into our site to be removed from the mail list, and the representative removed the email address, not the mailing address.  We apologize for this error and have suppressed the name and mailing address in our system so no future brochures will have the name and address printed and mailed.
