5 starsWorking with Stacy and her team at Well Oiled Operations has been one of the best investments I’ve made for my business in 2025! I came in feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin—but now it’s a different kind of overwhelmed. I’ve hired, I’m building, I’m trying new things—and with their support, I finally feel like I’m on track to crushing my goals. My coach Traci keeps me accountable and motivated, and the entire team has given me the structure and guidance I needed. If you’re truly ready to grow and willing to put in the work, this program gives you the tools, systems, and coaching to make it happen. I’m only at the beginning, and I’m already seeing big changes. Well-Oiled Operations has changed my life. Stacy and her team are helping me to organize my business, which has led to improve my personal life, for the best. I met them at a time when I was thinking about selling but now I see the path to enjoy running my business. It such a pleasure to work with knowledgable people who have the same goal as mine. The WOO community is an endless resource for advices and human connections. Through the online platform, meetings, or during the in person events, my coach Traci ***** is helping me finding my way to success. In 3 weeks in the program I already implement big changes: hired an operator/executive assistant, did a time audit, review all the onboarding process, created a real handbook for my employees, scheduled efficient meetings and one on one meetings, etc, and I got better with my work/personal life balance! To say Well Oiled Operations has completely transformed not only how I operate my business, but more importantly my mindset around business, would be a gross understatement! If you put in the work and tackle the action items the program provides you will 110% grow a successful and sustainable business. I never thought I would be where I am in only my 2nd year of business from an operations and financial perspective and I credit that to WOO's curriculum, coaching, events, master classes...everything! The content is relevant, the resources are dynamic, and the coaches are incredibly supportive and bring a wealth of knowledge. My coach, Traci, has played a pivotal role in supporting me to get the ball rolling to bring on an operator. I’ve done other coaching programs before, but nothing has come close to Well Oiled Operations. Even though I’ve only been with them for a month, I already feel such a difference in how I’m approaching my business. Things are shifting and restructuring right now, and my coach Traci has been such an incredible support through it all. She’s kind, understanding, and somehow always knows exactly what I need to hear. The resources they provide are amazing — they’ve helped me feel way less overwhelmed and way more in control. Okay...where do I start!! I am a small business owner who knows all too well the challenges that come with owning and running your own business. Whether it be finding good people, keeping good people, knowing how to train those people, setting up systems and processes, keeping one step ahead of the competition, keeping your customers happy, keeping your bank account happy and trying to do all of that while having some semblance of a life outside of running your company ---- well, the struggle is REAL! I have signed up for many 'business programs' that claim to have the answers and promise to deliver on those answers, only to be disappointed in the end. In some cases even devastated by the lost time and money that went into 'drinking their kool-aid'. Well, my friends... Well Oiled Operations, or WOO as I call them, is different! I am not sure if I even remember how I found Well Oiled Operations but from the very first point of contact everything has been BEYOND my expectations. There was never a hard-sell or pressure tactic to get me to join. In fact, it was the opposite where they provided so much value without expecting a thing in return, that finally pulled me into the program. The WOO program walks the walk! They don't just tell you what to do; they show you how to do it in such a way that supports the successful implementation of the information and knowledge they share. Everything they do is with your company's best interests in mind. It is a true - If you succeed, we succeed mentality. And what I love MOST about the program is it says current. They aren't offering you a cookie-cutter PDF that hasn't been edited for the last 5 years, they actually train on current process, current challenges and current trends. From the outside, my business is very successful. After 19 years, on paper, we are showing unprecedented growth in revenue and profit - we have hired employees, we have expanded into an additional location. Why would I need a program like this?? Because, on the inside, I was barely keeping my head above water. Working close to 80 hours a week, unable to delegate or scale, spending no time with family and couldn't see any way out of the life I had created for myself. I've known for a long time - I needed help, but didn't know where to start. I just kept trying to do more by working more. Stacy's program was exactly what I needed. She has provided me an unbelievable coach, Christine, who holds me accountable, provides an entire program of support including; printed manuals, social media support, online training, live weekly zoom meetings and even the ability to attend in-person events. The tools are all there. I've renewed the program for another 6 months because I see the value here. If you don't find success here - it's because YOU DIDN'T DO THE WORK. No one can change your life except for you. I've had to do the work to make change (and it's not easy). It does, however WORK! I had been in business for 31 years when I started the Well-Oiled Operations program. As I grew, I kept trying to do it all. Which hurt my business. After 6 months with WOO, my business is more organized and and I can plan for growth, instead of hoping for growth! My team appreciates the organization and the guidance I've been receiving as it directly makes their jobs easier! Christina is awesome to work with! Her guidance has been invaluable to me. I started with WOO 11 months ago??. I have been in business for 38 years, frustrated that I was still on a hamster wheel, not enough hours in the day, not enough money, no time freedom, and i wanted to be able to step away to pursue my passion project. It would never happen the way business, though successful was totally reliant on me. Through Stacy's teaching ,and my amazing business coach, I learned systems to create in my store, streamlined my hiring and training, empowered my staff, found the right people for each role, corrected my bad habits that were keeping my brick and mortar reliant on me. They work on the whole package including mindset! They have so much value for the money, especially if you want to scale your business. Thank you to Stacy and her entire staff ! I signed up for Well Oiled Operations coaching 5 months ago and I am so happy I did. Stacy and her team are so good at what they do. Special shout out to my coach Greg who has been such a great resource and accountability partner for the work that we do. The curriculum is great and organized in easy bite sized portions for the very busy business owner. I have learned so much and have implemented so many things that I have learned and I can see my business and my knowledge growing everyday. If that is not enough, your curriculum includes daily live trainings and an included in person event. If you are looking for an incredible program that will grow your business and grow you as an entrepreneur look no further, invest in Well Oiled! Word to the wise; YOU MUST DO THE WORK.
