I Trusted Well Oiled Operations – And I Deeply Regret It I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel a strong obligation to share my experience to help others avoid the same mistake. Well Oiled Operations claims to “inspire your business journey,” but my experience was the complete opposite. As a 27-year-old business owner under two years in, I was seeking real guidance on leadership and growth. I discovered Stacy ******** content on ********* and, feeling inspired, I signed up for a free seminar, which did offer some helpful tips. Afterward, I scheduled a Zoom call with a “specialist” to explore coaching options. Pricing was only revealed at the end of the call, which was rushed because “she had another appointment” (red flag #1). When I hesitated about the cost, Amanda ******, the rep, used manipulative tactics like, “You can look me up and see my family’s pictures — why would I lie?” (Spoiler: you can’t find her anywhere.) Amanda pressured me to sign a contract on the spot, claiming limited slots. I didn’t have time to review the terms, and I immediately felt uneasy. Less than 12 hours later, I asked to cancel, but Amanda refused to speak with me, citing a packed schedule and “what the contract states.” That rushed decision cost me $12,000. Money I didn’t have. Money I’m still trying to recover through my credit card company. If a company claims to inspire growth but leaves you feeling pressured, manipulated, and scammed, does that sound like the support you need? I truly wish I had seen a review like this before signing up. If you’re considering Well Oiled Operations, do your research. Don’t let charisma or urgency rush you into a bad financial decision. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone — not even my worst enemy. I hope they reflect on how they treat people, especially young entrepreneurs with good intentions. Sad. Disappointing. Well-Oiled Operations has changed my life. Stacy and her team are helping me to organize my business, which has led to improve my personal life, for the best. I met them at a time when I was thinking about selling but now I see the path to enjoy running my business. It such a pleasure to work with knowledgable people who have the same goal as mine. The WOO community is an endless resource for advices and human connections. Through the online platform, meetings, or during the in person events, my coach Traci ***** is helping me finding my way to success. In 3 weeks in the program I already implement big changes: hired an operator/executive assistant, did a time audit, review all the onboarding process, created a real handbook for my employees, scheduled efficient meetings and one on one meetings, etc, and I got better with my work/personal life balance!
