1 starOn January 31st, at 3:30 PM EST, I signed up for a program offered by Well-Oiled Operations, filled with hope and anticipation for the support and growth it promised my small business. However, due to unforeseen personal circumstances that arose shortly after, I found myself needing to cancel my participation. Thus, on February 1st, at 1 PM EST, less than 24 hours later, I reached out to cancel. Despite my quick action to resolve the matter and my expectation for understanding, the response from Well-Oiled Operations was disheartening. I was informed that a refund was not possible, and the only options available to me were to either proceed with the program immediately or delay my start, neither of which suited my immediate need for financial recuperation. Throughout the interactions, I hoped for empathy and flexibility, reflecting the values and customer support I believed the company stood by. During the program's promotional webinars, the emphasis was placed on not just taking money from clients but on providing genuine value and support. Unfortunately, my experience contrasted sharply with these values. It felt as though my financial and personal situation was overlooked in favor of policy adherence, without consideration for the unique circumstances I faced. This experience has been more than just a financial setback; it has been a lesson in the importance of company values and customer care. I write this review not out of spite, but in hope that it will shed light on the practices of Well-Oiled Operations and encourage a reevaluation of their policies and approach to customer service. For fellow small business owners looking for support, it's crucial to choose partners who not only provide valuable services but also demonstrate flexibility and understanding in times of need. If I could give no stars I would. I hope before someone enrolls in Stacy’s program that they’d google her name and read these reviews because Stacy is nothing but a thief. Not only does she promise refunds, she does not stand by her word. I lost 3 employees and ended in over $200k of debt because I trusted her. Stacy is a great speaker, she will tell you roses and sweet things and make you feel empowered but in reality; she’s a liar and does dirty business. Stay away!Well-Oiled Operations
