      I am reaching out to you on behalf of my grandma, ****** ******-Gonaza. On 4/8/2025, she had a routine oil change appointment at the Fleet Farm Auto Service Center in *******, **. The technician told her that the skid plate beneath her car had fallen off and was missing 10 of the clips. They tossed it in her trunk and told her that if she wanted to buy new clips, they would replace it at a later ******* grandma then left and drove the 20 minutes home. When she arrived there, she noticed a piece of her car hood was bent up in the air. She immediately got back in her car and drove back to Fleet Farm. Mind you, this is the first time my grandma has ever had the car serviced on her own. My grandfather died and had always taken immaculate care of the car. Apparently the technicians thought that since she was an 80 year old woman by herself - they could take advantage of her. The technician told my grandma that they werent sure what happened but someone probably fell down next to the car and grabbed onto it to break their fall. He also stated that they would pay for half the cost of the repairs if they were reasonable. I cant fathom why they would agree to pay for half the cost of repair if they had nothing to do with it. Again my grandma left because she was unsure of what to do or say. Now, while visiting my grandma - we noticed a dent on her car hood and that it was bent up in the front. We opened up the hood to see what was going on and it was clear as day to us what had happened. When she was getting her oil changed, someone must have left a tool under the hood. They dropped the hood and it didnt close. They then took their fist and hit the hood - denting it. It was probably then that they realized something was left under the hood and thats why it wasnt closing properly. In the attached photos you can clearly see the shape of the tool bent into the frame and the spot where it scratched the outside of the car. The hood does not close properly either.

      We sent the following response on this matter to the claimant. 


      I'm reaching out regarding the concern you raised about your grandmother, ******. I'm truly sorry to hear that you feel she was treated unfairly, and I want to assure you that it's important to us that no one feels that way. We have reviewed the situation with several members of our senior auto team and discussed it with the technician who worked on your grandmother's vehicle during her visit to our auto center.

      Unfortunately,we do not have any video footage from that day. Upon reviewing the work order, we noted that the skid plate had been placed in the trunk, but it is missing ten of its clips. The remaining clips are in a white bag in the trunk. If you prefer, we can reinstall the skid plate with new clips at a later date. The technician also mentioned that your grandmother acknowledged prior damage to the fender. Upon examining the photos, it appears that the fender has some touch-up paint on it. This is part of the reason we offered to cover half of the damageswe're uncertain about the previous condition and wanted to offer a compromise.

      We understand that the photos we have are not sufficient to clarify the situation, and we would like to work with you to find a resolution. It's also essential that your grandmother is involved in any decisions, as she is the vehicle owner. Has anyone taken the car to a body shop to obtain an estimate for the repairs? If so, we would appreciate seeing the estimate along with some clearer photos,which will help us move forward. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.

      On the day of this transaction Fleet Farm told my husband that there were no suspension issues other than it needed brakes and it was safe to drive- as you can see in the receipt and the fleet farm receipt. When he got home, he changed the brakes and noticed a bolt missing from part of the sway bar that attaches to the frame!!! Fleet farm left this unnoticed, and he could have flipped the car. My husband stated while he was there the people "working" on the vehicle just put it up on the lift and they were just walking around. He wasn't even there 15 minutes. Fleet farm will not call me or my husband back and all we get is an answering machine. I am not going in there because this could have been a major accident and I am very upset. I just want a refund.       I have tried purchasing 3 hoses from Fleet Farm 3 times and the transaction keeps getting cancelled. I called and spoke to customer ********************** twice and they said they would fix the issue as my address is getting flagged as invalid. I have bought from Farm Fleet and shipped to this address in the past. I have goods shipped to my address on a weekly basis with no issues. When I call, they say they cannot connect me to a supervisor. This is a simple issue on their side, order # MW6914304. I don't understand why this is happening. Furthermore, I would purchase many more items from them if they could get their act together. Really frustrated.

      I have a mills credit card, I had paid it off 4 months ago, they closed my account, saying I have other cards with high balances that I have not paid off yet, I have never been late or missed any payments from any of my debts ,and what business is that of theirs, why can they just close my account after I paid it off?

      Antigo wi fleet farm in-store sale prices not being honored at register. This happened 2 out of 3 of my last visits. I was over charged a total of $31.50 on 2 items. I am one person how many people are getting ripped off. Only those that catch it on their receipt. I'm sure I'm not alone. Why are errors always in favor of the store??? They said bring in your receipt and we will reimburse you.......that's another 70 mile round trip. So I get ripped off again.

      bought pit boss grill from store, which doesn't work and they refuse to come and collect it and refund the money. 2 briskets and 2 bags of pellets + the grill out of stock. extremely disappointed after contacting requesting help.

      On 9-22-24 *** had a flat tire on his RAM truck. Since we had purchased the tires from Fleet Farm, Antigo and still had warranty left on the tires he had it towed to Fleet Farm, Antigo. He was told that the flat tire was not fixable and that he had to replace all 4 tires as replacing only the damaged tire would not work. Reasons given were the current tires are no longer available, it would not ride right with one new and three old tires, etc. They made it sound as if there wasn't a choice in the matter. The current tires were still under warranty, which they would only reimburse approx. $100 for the damage tire and if we purchased tires under the buy 3 get the forth free that would void warranty payment. Since the truck was already towed to this location and they basically refused to replace only one tire we purchase 4 tires under buy 3 get the forth free. When they put on the tires they claimed we needed over $1500 in repairs which included all tire rods, wheel bearings and alignment. We took it to our local machinic who said we only needed one wheel bearing fixed and the alignment which cost us less then $400.

      Hello *** and ***, Thank you for reaching out regarding your issue with our Auto Center in *******  After researching this event we found that your tire had a puncture in the side wall, which is not repairable.  It was not an option to replace just one tire,as the tread depth on the other 3 tires was too low, and would have caused damage to your vehicle.  You had the warranty on your tires, however, due to use and wear the value was about $100.   At the time you came to the Auto Center we were running a special on tires, Buy 3 Get One Free.  This was a better deal for you than using the warranty amount.   You purchased the tires and the install was performed.  During the install the technician noticed that the wheel bearing were loose and both front upper and lower have small movement (see attached).  Unfortunately, when the advisor entered the information from the technician into the computer, he inadvertently added the tie rod replacement which was incorrect, for that we apologize.  Had the work been preformed on your vehicle the correct repair would have been done.  You declined any additional work be completed and left the Auto Center with 4 new installed tires.   At this time we are unable to refund the amount for the tires.

      We would like them to honor the tire warranty.   One tire was not fixable and the other three, per their employee had to also be replaced.  It is not right and makes no sense for a sale on new tires void the warranty on the current tires.

      When trying to purchase these pants I get these messages. I then lost 30 dollars of my reward points. I tried emailing twice with no response. I called the store and they then added the points back. Then I tried purchasing these pants again. The purchase didn't work again and I lost the reward dollars again. I called the store for the second time and they said they'd order the pant and apply the 30 reward dollars when they arrived. When called I went to the store to pick up the pants and the customer ********************** lady kinda laughed and said she can't just take 30 dollars off. I shower her my screen shots and she checked into it basically says that's weird. I like my fleet card but this is the second time with this problem. I don't believe it's right to just steal the reward dollars from there customers.

      Hello ****************.   I apologize for the delay in responding, it took a bit to get through this.   After reviewing we found that you were in fact credited for all of your rewards points on this order.  ($45.00)  If you take a look at your credit card statement you were only charged $7.70 for this order.   You possibly were looking at the invoice which did not show the rewards discount, and was confusing.  Thank you for being a Fleet Farm customer !!    FF

      I cannot stop receiving emails from this company. I have unsubscribe numerous times and quit doing any business with them as to not get back on their list. Now when I try to unsubscibe, the link wont work. How do I make this stop?
