      Poor service at Tire Center in ******,**. Scheduled appointemnt for new Tires today on my Lexus Rx350. Staff said they couldn't do the job because they did not have the wheel key. When I got home I opened the back where tire equipment is factory stored. There it was with the wrench and jack. Nothing had ever been disturmed or used it was there in pristine condition as installed by the factory. Fleetfarm tire center wasted 2 hours of my time. I was probably the last appointment at 3:45 and these guys did not want to work. I will be shedding my Fleet Farm card.!

      fleet farm has oil on sale with a rebate but there's nowhere that tells how many you can buy on the rebate, it doesn't say limit 4 or limit six. so I emailed them to ask them where I could get the rebate forms, they told me they were in the rebate rack. Made a trip to the store, they weren't there so I went to the service desk the person at the service desk says to come back tomorrow which was then Wednesday but i called instead and the lady said she could print them I when i got to the store, and then they told me they can't. they don't have these rebates until Friday. this is a Black Friday sale that starts Wednesday at 8 pm, so you don't know how many you can get off of the rebate why don't they put that in the ad that says rebate limit for six whatever. This is not the first time i have had this experience with fleet farm, they have their own specific rebates, cant find them online as well.

      I've had problems with Fleet Farms auto department in ******** Wisconsin I ordered tires for my car and I told them the tires that were on the car were noisy so they told me to get these certain kind of tires unfortunately I own an infinity and I need run for tires right now I'm in the position of trying to take the tires back and the manager Joe I tried to talk to wouldn't talk to me I asked to speak with him three times and he wouldn't talk to me so now I'm waiting for the general manager to contact me on Monday today they told me I needed struts so I schedule an appointment they ordered the struts but they didn't come in so I had to wait 3 days for the struts to come in they told me one of my struts was leaking and lo and behold they fix the strut that wasn't leaking and now I still got to go back and get my strut fixed I'm still waiting to see if they'll take their tires back so I can buy tires some other place I'll keep you posted I'm not very happy with them cuz they don't get back to me they told me the struts were going to be done in 2 hours it didn't took them four and a half hours and I went to the store and after they hung up on me three times when I asked to speak with the manager they said he was busy so now I'm going over his head to talk to the general manager hopefully he can give me a refund for my tires and get my strut fixed when I bought the tires they were on sale buy three get one free and now the sales ended because of the reopening for the Waukesha Fleet Farm I hope I can get a refund the manager told me I could get a refund but I haven't got one yet I'll keep you posted if they help me or not but the auto manager won't even talk to me

      There is a manager there name David that was completely rude to us. We asked about a price and David said: "You should know better than that". It was a snarky tone. After he said that he went to were the product was and took the price tag off.

      From the manager involved: It was on the an impulse bin of the camo tree stand cushions. Regular price of ***** on sale for *****.I talked to the customer before I went back and looked as I knew that they were sale signed correctly as I put the signs up.They told me it was like 2 and a half bucks and I said well there no way its that cheap and I told them that Ill go back and check but that I wouldnt be able to honor a price difference of that much and hope that you understand. He started to argue with me and I said that you should know that a 40 dollar tree stand seat wouldnt be 2.49. (in a non-snarky voice).I went back and looked and it was clearly signed correctly with 11x7 sale signs on both ends of the table. On the backside of the table was a empty sign holder with a 2.49 label for hand warmers, that had been in half of the table previously.I went back to the front end to talk to them and show them the label and could not find them.

      I tried to make an appointment to have my oil changed by calling I then got an answering machine. I gave the answering machine my info and the machine said they would get back to me. That never happened!! So 3 hours later I went to the auto center n made my appointment. To make matters worse when I made my appointment the bays were ALL EMPTY n 5 people were at the counter!! Strike 1 !! I went in for my appointment and then it took 2 hours for an oil change. Plus my vehicle was parked and finished for almost a half hour while they took care of people who came in after me . I DO NOT recommend their services from the service center. If you can call it that . I WILL NEVER go back !!!!!

      Dear Fleet Farm - your dealings with Synchrony, whether or not you intend it, will negatively impact my future shopping plans at FF. The geniuses at Synchrony apparently decided to start charging a $1.99 fee for receiving a paper statement. I likely received some small print disclosure in some mailing . . . but the paper statement fee was definitely not highlighted. Upon receipt of the fee, I immediately accessed the Synchrony site and added e-delivery of future statements. I then called and asked for a credit of the $1.99 fee. No, nope, no way. $1.99 on the FIRST statement after they "changed the rules" midstream. No, they won't credit a stinking $1.99. Very conservatively, I've spend thousands of dollars over the years with FF and with that card (guns, ammo, hunting & fishing supplies). I cancelled the card. ***** it - you've lost a customer FF due to your association with the geniuses at Synchrony, who also lost a customer that has generated much more than a $1.99 in fees for you. I'll find what I need at ******'s and alternative hardware store options. Way to go!

      I bought a Motorcycle Battery from Fleet Farm, when I add Acid and Charged it for a day it did not charge more than 10 volts (bad Cell) I took it back they tested it and said it is good, I took it home and charged it again , the same thing , it would not charge , I took it back , the Manager said sorry we can't do anything with it (means no refund) I lost 61.00 dollars , I know since ***** *** ***** took over everything is very cheap ******* Junk (even ***** they have a rating of 1-10) but since I bought so many stuff from their store they should of exchanged it, since yesterday I never go Back to junkyard FLEET FARM again-- ****** was the same way , avoid Fleet Farm my friend

      I was in the woman's clothing department and an older man came up to me and asked, "are you Karen? I said, "no, I'm not." He was also holding a smart phone in his hand. This was disturbing and peculiar because what was he doing in woman's clothing? Clearly I was not an employee as I had my jacket on, and a shopping cart with my purse in the kids' seat. I wonder if he was a floor walker? Either that or a pervert. Not only was he in the woman's dept., he had to go deep into it to find me. I wasn't right off a main aisle. . /

      I have tried several times to opt out of FF emails, yet I'm still receiving them. I understand other customers have had the same issue. I actually do not want to do any further business with this company.

We are only allowed to change the price once in 24 hours and we use our competitors as a guideline. We want to give you the best price possible and that *** mean an occasional change. FF

      I'm a local critic for food but recently fleet farm has been on my radar 2 years ago I bought tires and shocks for both my car and my truck spending almost $300.00 only to find out they didn't do some of the work when all was said and done I paid twice for labor that was only done once but it doesn't end there now 5 months later I've had to take my truck to another shop and pay to have the faulty shock replaced again and all fleet farm will do is warrantee the shocks but will not refund the labor that they never did the first time and the second time
