Don't get their credit card. If you don't use it for a lengthy time period they will drop your limit down. I took a 25 point hit on my credit score for this. Today they closed my account and I took another 8 point drop. I worked for them for a few years. They are corporate owned and do not care about their employees or shoppers.Mills Fleet Farm

After trying to resolve via email, they are unwilling to fix their email issues. They have even resorted to ignoring my requests. After many attempts to unsubscribe, they are still sending unsolicited emails to me. It appears to be linked to logging into their app, however there is no disclosure that this will automatically enroll you in daily promotional emails. Furthermore, their own Privacy Policy states that you can request to be removed, however unsubscribing via the email link, and sending separate emails have yielded no results.Mills Fleet Farm

Failure to disclose the fee for mandatory wheel alignment ($100) or our warranty is void?? My husband purchased 4 tires (Wrangler Workhorse HT, 275, R55-20) from Fleet Farm Osseo, MN on 11/29/2023 and paid $787.05 in total for the tires only. Buy 3, get 1 free. We were given an estimate of the final charges upon install, which included: Resolute Road Hazard ($63.96) which we declined; Complete Tire Install ($119.96); and MFF Tire Disposal ($19.96). AT NO TIME were we made aware of the $100 alignment charge. We arrived on December 11, 2023 to have tires installed. Again, they tried to charge for the declined service of RESOLUTE ROAD HAZARD. This was corrected. Approx. 3 hours after we dropped off the truck, we received a call from the auto-service worker, stating that an alignment ($100) is needed. If we declined, our warranty would be VOID. With NO CHOICE, my husband gave the A-OK. When we arrived to pick up our truck, we asked if this was a tire warranty or Mills FF warranty -- the auto-service worker said "Mills Fleet Farm warranty". We asked to speak to the manager. He said our warranty for the "TIRES" would have been VOID if we had declined the alignment??? AT NO TIME were we made aware of the possible $100 alignment charge nor did we get a straight answer on which warranty would be voided?? Mills Fleet Farm, Osseo, MN failed to disclose this cost to us, which looks to be mandatory? Mills Fleet Farm Auto Service in Osseo, MN uses deceptive business practices and fails to inform and disclose this ADDED cost to their customers. They are scamming customers with their shady, unethical business tactics. We will never use this business again and warn others to do the same based on our experience and the reason for this review.Mills Fleet Farm

I purchased three items on Black Friday, two showed up at my house. The one that didn't show up was a pair of insulated bib overalls. The website said shipped for all three items. I called customer service this morning 12/5/23 to find out what's going on. I was told the overalls were sold out by the time shipping got to my order. I didn't see anything that said limited stock on hand. I emailed Fleet Farm three days ago and never heard anything back so that's why I called. I asked customer service if I could get a rain check for the price on the overalls and they connected me with our local store. I spoke to a manager and she said they cannot honor the Black Friday price. So if I wouldn't have called I would have never known the overalls were never shipped. Customer service is everything to me and Fleet Farm failed miserably in that department. Sad they won't honor a price and absolutely zero communication stating the overalls were out of stock and won't be shipped. I give them zero stars!!Mills Fleet Farm

Zero stars bought 4 brand new tires told I have road hazard repair and have I stop in to get a tire fixed was told I need an appointment So now I have to put air in my tires every day for 2 weeks not very pleased with service if I would have known this I wouldve went somewhere elseMills Fleet Farm

2 attempt at trying to make a purchase at Fleet Farm where they cancelled an order. The 1st I was issued a Rain Check. Received a message that they would not Be able to fulfill the order. No explanation. 3 days later the item was in stock. The last time was an online order. Purchased 11/24. Today I get a message that the order is cancelled. Terrible customer service I bought a red lion shallow well pump and a booster pump at the Blaine store. I went to return both because the shallow well pump quit working after 4 months and the booster pump was never used they wouldn’t return either item. I was told the shallow well pump had to go through the manufacture and the booster pump was over the 90 day return policy even though it was never out of the box.Mills Fleet Farm
