      Fleet Farm in DeForest, WI on November 27, 2022. The worst experience I have ever had at a Fleet Farm. I wanted to purchase (4) Prime Guard Ultrapure DEF 2.5 gallon containers. I searched for 10 minutes for this item in automotive by other DEF products, no store clerks anywhere in this department. I went to customer service to inquire, man there told me to "just go check out" with my other items. I asked another clerk for help, after waiting another 10 minutes with no representative acknowledging me, a man with a Fleet Farm shirt approached me and started yelling at me "a lady will go check". I checked out my other (4) items and the heavy-set man followed me out the door to yell at me further. My regret is that I did not call the police on the Fleet Farm employee after he began using profanity to me and my husband.

      Hello *****, I would like to apologize for what you feel was an unpleasant shopping experience at our Fleet Farm store. After speaking to the team members that assisted you, they stated they were able to get you the product you were looking for while you were checking out, but it did take awhile as this is the holiday season.       Terrible experience ordering with them online. Got an email confirmation and then four days later received a generic email telling me they (cancelled) are not able to fill my order and provided no reason why. This was my first time ever ordering from them...also my last. I will shop with a more reputable company that can deliver on their promises. Never have had an issue ordering from Farm and Fleet though........Buyer beware!!!!!

      I ordered two chairs from Fleet Farm and provided my email. I did not consent to receiving promotions, yet have been given emails three times over the past four months. Each time I select the "Unsubscribe" button and the system replies with telling me I've been removed from the marketing lists. Each time a month later I get another email inviting me to come back and check out Fleet Farm's new deals.
      Buyer beware! they spam a lot and won't stop.

      Hastings has a new Fleet Farm. Store is under stocked, the hired help is beyond inept, and check out is almost non-existent. Oakdale, Owatonna, are many times better stores. I won't go back to Hastings. It's more of a target style store. Not for me.

      Shopped at Plymouth Fleet Farm yesterday 10/2/22 around 1:00pm for the last time. Tried to find assistance regarding a battery. Looked for someone to help for 20 min. and finally guessed at the product and went to check out. I was told I had to go to the back of the store to deal with the old battery. I had been in line for another 10 min and was now faced with another 30+ min. Do it all over again? What few employees they have are rude, poorly trained and completely uninterested in providing any sort of service. Ask for a manager? They apparently don't have any. Left my purchases at the service counter and left. I went across the street to the auto parts store and in 5 min. I had what I needed and was treated with dignity and respect.

At the time you were in the store there was a very high rate of customer traffic, which in turn caused some of the floor employees to be called to the registers.
