      Went and purchased tires when they had buy 3 get one free. Sale associate looked at inventory and set up installation appointment. Day before appointment and called and said they don’t have tires. Went and talked to sales associate about getting another tire, assuming they would honor sale promotion. Said he couldn’t do that and could get my money back or wait until tires come in or wait for next sale. Went in the next day and talked to manager and said the same thing and if he gave me sale price, it would show a negative sale. Said he would talk to g his boss and get back Monday morning. It’s now Thursday and haven’t heard a thing. Worst customer service that I’ve ever had.

      Bad experience here online. Yesterday I ordered a trailer and mower online. My card was charged and still shows pending. I get a text that it's in process for pickup and email saying it would be ready for pickup today, and then nothing.Today there is no text saying to pickup so I call and find out it was cancelled due to a security review. I state I just moved here and ask if there is a specific item that failed a check so I would know if I needed to go into a store. The lady basically just chuckles at my problem and offers only to retake the order (why would it now work if you can't explain why my online order failed security). I asked that my feedback be elevated and it was made clear this wouldn't happen. I was perfectly polite, so I don't think the chuckling at my issue was warranted. Fleet Farm just lost nearly 10 thousand dollars off of this order and however many thousands I would have spent in store over the years. I guess I stick with the known stores.

      Booked an oil change online -- they ask what size engine, make, model etc. Total shows 71.99. I have the email confirmation. When I showed up to the store, they tell me it's going to be $99.99. What a joke. They said the price online doesn't include the extra oil. Why did you ask my engine size? Or the $10 filter. Why would that not be included in the price? They said they couldn't honor the price online. It's so bad it's kinda funny, but regardless I'm ****** and I'm never going back. The manager was entirely useless, he just stared at the email receipt on my phone.

      This is more so aimed at every fleet farm store. Getting real tired of the company pushing sales and promotions for online sales only. First, their website is highly inaccurate with inventory. Ive witnessed many times the store has an item in stock yet the website says its out. Ive seen items not even on the website a store has carried for years. Due to the website Im even more irritated I cant use the discount in store for the item I want. Why will fleet farm not honor the discount because I found what I wanted in store with the website saying out of stock? Theres absolutely no excuse for this behavior. For a traditional store the last thing they need to do is tick off physical people who want to be in the store and not shop online in an ever increasing online shopping world. Its also sickening that *** complained about this for two years and yet the company refuses to make changes.

      ****************** ************** station in northern *****************.Pump refused to read card, but note stated to leave card in until notified. After several minutes of no response I pulled card and went inside. All they could do was have me switch pumps.At the end of my transaction, receipt printed, but no ability to redeem 4 cent off coupon. Inside I was told they couldn't refund anything.I immediately proceeded into the store. Customer ********************** also refused to give refund or put money back on credit card.They expect customers to pay up front for gas, but when the customer expects them to make transaction right, they say "no."What good are the discount coupons if the are not honored. I refuse to make a trip into the station just for discount when they expect me to do transaction outside. Get your act together. ******** can put refund back on card. Fleetfarm can do the same. If you can't value me as a customer for something this simple, then I won't value Fleetfarm for purchasing more expensive items obtainable at another store.

      Hello ******, First I would like to apologize for your unpleasant fueling experience at Fleet Farm. Also, I am not sure if you know, but because of our coupons, you do NOT have to pay for gas prior to fueling at any of our Convenience Stores!! or at the pump!!, you are more then welcome to fuel up and go inside (as always) to pay for your fuel and receive your coupon discount (and get your free popcorn!). That said, our policy is to not refund the coupon amount, as you are able to use it when you pay. I hope this clarifies this matter. :) Thanks for being a Fleet Farm customer. FF

      Horrible customer service! Bought flour sack dish towels that I embellish for craft shows. Make them as I need them. Only buy them when they are on sale. Some in the pack were not square Tried to just exchange items for exact same thing. But because they were purchased more than 90 days ago was denied. Wasn’t asking god money back just exchange tags still on them. Store Mgr. Said it would affect his inventory. Nothing like cutting the very hand off that feeds them.

      I ordered an ***** 7.5QT bait box on 12/23/22 or sale at $54.99 as advertised,order was confirmed via Email (MW6238251) and on 12/27/22 I received a cancellation because they were unable to fulfill the order. When I called to find out why it was canceled I was told that they didn't have stock so they order was canceled and that I could reorder.The new price today is $89.99, an increase of $35, roughly a 40% increase. I was told I would have to order at the new price, and if in stock, they would ship. How can you continue to advertise a product that's not available or in stock. I ordered within the advertised timeline and shouldn't have to pay the higher price. It seems this could be considered false advertising and may be illegal, at minimum it's unethical advertising. I see by the below reviews I'm not alone... This is a very poor way to do business.

      Website says that physical gift cards are mailed to you for free and received within 5-7 business days. I ordered a gift card on 12/8. It was shipped on 12/14. I called customer ********************** on **/** and now they say it's ***** days from when it is mailed.

      I wouldn't recommend this store ...They show products on sale that they do not have and can not tell you when more is coming in ...smh very rude and dry folks over at fleet farm ...I was really wanting that max5 trapper hat...
