We are so pleased to have sold our apartment building to such a remarkable company as Fox Cities Home Buyers. Joey and Kristina were fantastic to work with, and we appreciated their transparency on what to expect. Because the transaction dealt with working with a family trust, it was a bit more complicated. Our experience with Fox Cities Home Buyers was more than a 5 star experience. From the initial meeting with our decision to sell our home of 20 plus years to the very closing of it. The staff have been very considerate and extremely kind. We had some delays with our new home and they were so understanding and supportive of our needs that I feel we have found a true friend in our dealings with Kristine. She made the fears of our decision disappear and made the experience above and beyond. I really cannot thank everyone enough for making this such a great transition for such a huge decision in our life. They would call and let us know they were sending emails, then if we had any questions, to call them back and they would answer them right away.
