Selling a relative's estate was an easy process. After receiving an offer our sale was finished in a quick and timely manner. If you want to avoid the whole realtor expense Fox Cities Home Buyers is the way to go.

I had a unique financial situation that left me with little options for home refinance or utilizing my equity and I was feeling hopeless due to overwhelming debt I had planned to pay off with my equity. I thought I had exhausted all my options until I had found Fox Cities Home buyers. We were able to work out a deal and I am I a much better spot now. They are great to work with! They treat you with respect and kindness and make you feel important and cared for. Joey and Kristine specifically have been beyond amazing. I highly recommend working with them.I Buy WI

My mom's house sat for 5 years empty after my father's death before she was ready to sell. She had moved in with me with 3 hours between us and her house. My brother loved nearby and could check on it periodically but after 5 years it needed work that I didn't have the money for. It sat another 10 years while I prayed for the right buyer. We got ridiculous offers of $10-20,000 all of which I turned down. Fortunately, she lived in a neighborhood in a small town that was safe. No vandalism was ever done. I was contacted by Sean who set up an appointment to meet at the house within a few days. Joey met us and gave us 3 options. I chose to get the lowest price I would go guaranteed while they did the Rast selling the house and cleaning it out. All my friends and family kept warning me this could be a scam right up until I deposited the check. But I found they were in business for 10 years with an A+ rating on the better business bureau. The house sold within weeks. The closing within 2 months and the whole process was super smooth. It was a pleasure to work with Joey and Kerrie. Kerrie went out of her way to answer texts fast and efficiently. She called about things that were too much for texting. And I was the only one that believed they were legit to the end. They were a literal answer to my daily prayers. I could not have improved the house because I didn't have the money. They stood in the gap and made sure the buyer was happy with the final condition of the house for the final price. Without their unique approach of doing what it took to sell the house at a decent price I don't believe I would have gotten the money I got for it. My brothers and mom and friends were blown away at how smooth things went and the money I was able to get "oh they of little faith."This business is wise and very legitimate. Believe what they say. We recently sold our house in ******* ******* **** ****** to Fox Cities Home Buyers and the experience could not have been better. Cory ******* approached us to see if we were interested in selling. As luck would have it, we were preparing to list with a real estate broker. I admit to being skeptical that he could offer us a price we would accept. I told him any offer must be "as it" with no contingencies or other conditions. The offer he made was generous and he accepted our terms with the exception of an inspection and we agreed he'd have 15 days to accomplish this. He was satisfied with the inspection and we closed in a matter of a few weeks. We paid nothing in the way of fees for any of the other inspections or terms. Our payout only withheld the prorated property taxes. No closing costs and nothing else out of our pockets. We could not be more pleased. Kristine ******** of his office was our contact with Fox Cities Home Buyers and kept us informed through the whole process and promptly answered all of our questions. Chris ******* of Town N' Country Title handled all the paperwork and even came to our home to get our signatures on the closing documents. We highly recommend this excellent team for their rapid and transparent handling of the whole process.I Buy WI
