I purchased a rocker/recliner. After delivery I discovered that the chair continued to rock even after the footrest was raised. Numerous emails with the customer service manager resulted in 2 options for me. I could pay $300 to have the base changed to stop the rocking, or I could bring the chair back (they will not pick it up) and "part ways". This was surprising to me as an option I suggested was that I would pick out a different chair and we could swap it out. Since I will buy a chair anyway, I'm puzzled that "part ways" was preferred to keeping me as a customer. I asked the customer service manager to provide me with his boss' information. ******, The recliner that was delivered to your home, was identical in operation to the one on our sales floor. Unfortunately, the resolution that we offered to change the mechanism to a wall recliner, was something you chose not to do. Troy did an outstanding job of explaining our options at different price points for the type of chair we wanted to purchase. He was very patient in dealing with one of the customers who has dementia. We appreciated his kindness. The associate who checked us out also did a fine job of explaining the delivery process and purchase details. Great salesperson, Lynn, knows the business inside and out. Knowledgeable about all woods, finishes, construction and delivery of product. Great service from all sales staff. Not overly aggressive and very accessible for questions. Great options to choose from. I have been back for kitchen set, sleeper sofa and bedroom set.
