      We had three Kohler Bellwether tubs installed in our house being constructed in **********, **. All three tubs were damaged and have surface cracking and rust spots. I have spoken with five individuals at this point. Kohler has agreed it is from a structural defect. I have sent pictures and invoices but have yet to receive a refund for the price of the tubs. Kohler will only pay for the tubs (if I ever see my refund for what I paid for the tubs) but will not pay for the damaged tubs to be removed, tile on the walls and floor to be repaired, or plumbing cost to remove plumbing from the tubs. I will never buy another tub from Kohler. Be wary of their products.

      The electrical panel had a broken part in it that could not be detected until unit was slated for startup. There are storms approaching and I have medical issues that require me to keep the house cool and the refrigerator running. This part was noticeably broken and should have been caught before it was released to companies to sell. We went with a Kohler due to the frustrations that we had from ******** but it seems that Kohler may be just as bad at quality control.

      For our renovation we purchased Veil smart toilet directly from Kohler ( through authorized dealer ) . Right from the beginning front wash was not working . We contacted Kohler and they sent someone out to fix it . He supposedly changed the part but it still does not work . One year later toiled started to leak . We contacted Kohler again and they stated that they will send us a part and a video and we should fix it ourselves because there is no one in our area that can come and do it . This from us telling them that there is a leak . Just an amazing way to diagnose a problem to start with . Video that they sent was for installation of the product so no use at all . After I reached them again, they told me to look for a local plumber and they will reimburse us . We found a local plumber that was willing to try . Now Kohler would not reimburse me $380 because receipt not itemized enough and this is only receipt I can get . So, in conclusion , do not buy this product . You will be left with 0 support and $ 6000 pretty flower pot .

The invoice that was submitted for payment did not list what the plumber diagnosed or fixed on this toilet, only that there was an owed amount of $380.00 - A service charge of ****** and a diagnose charge of $271.00 - it does not list any work done or if the issue was resolved. We are happy to stand behind the product however we ask for clarification of what was done. We have an open case file under ******** with notes from your last communication with **** in technical support. I look forward to your response.Jelane

      DO NOT FALL INTO the Kohler Trap! Our project left us with a huge list of things to finish to even make this bathroom enjoyable. While the sales representative and install guys were very nice and informative - there was a HUGE disconnect from our shower insert measurements to our final shower leaving a 4 inch shortage in the depth of our shower. Not sure where exactly the mistake was made but I'm left with about $4,000 in additional expense for flooring, new baseboard trim and paint - oh and the light they said they could install - nope - need an electrician to do that so cha-ching again! I wouldn't be HALF as upset if I could get someone to call me back - multiple text messages and phone calls - to Kohler AND Homestart - now they want me to sign paper work so everyone can get back - meanwhile I have to figure out how to protect the exposed plywood until I can afford flooring. Never, ever going to fall for the in house sales pressure again! Please thing twice before falling for this gimmick - they won't stand behind their product !

      A pair of Kohler representatives came to my elderly fathers house to sell a walk-in shower to him. They made it sound amazing; the highest quality materials, etc. Six months later and the job is still not complete. There was a part missing on one of the shower doors, and they replaced it with a chrome part instead of brushed nickel. The caulking is uneven and looks tacky. Should a luxury shower even have caulking? The parts which hold the fixtures to the wall were not secure and the handle fell off when we turned the shower on. They did not put a foam backing behind the round part that attaches the handle to the wall so water was getting in through the hole in the wall. I feel like my dad got swindled into paying $15,000 for a mediocre job. We are so disappointed in the end result. I wish I could share the pictures.

      Counted on Kohler and they did not come through. Cast Iron kitchen sink warped so bad it had to be caulk goobered into place. Toilet tank mishappen and glazing absent so lid does not fit right. Other two of the same toilet the lids do not fit securely. Really not was they once were.

      Cannot leave ZERO stars, but that is my true review !! I have been waiting over 3 months now for shower trim pieces that were to be delivered by Christmas (11 weeks from order date) Every time I reach out for updates, the date keeps getting pushed out further and further, latest being end of March. Horrible customer service and minimal communication. How does Kohler do business like this and how do they sell products that either they do not have, or cannot produce?

      We bought a Kohler bathtub fixture with a single valve control in mid 2021. It started leaking this week which is Jan 2024. I have owned other bath fixtures that lasted years on end before having to be replaced. I won't buy another cheap Kohler product. Kohler Genuine Part GP80088...
