    I had a terrible experience with Genuine Appliance Parts Sales. I returned a product following their return policy, and despite multiple follow-ups, I never received my refund. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, and to make things worse, the phone number listed on their website is out of service! This company does not seem to care about its customers. I would not recommend them to anyonebeware if you need to return something!

    I buy a lot online and I'll tell you I've never dealt with a company that was as nice and concerned as Genuine Appliance Parts. There was a mix-up with my order and Greg****************** personally saw to it to make the correction. I can not say enough good things about this organization. To anyone out there contemplating an order "DON'T BE AFRAID" you won't be sorry/

    I ordered several parts for my oven repair. Several of the parts were incorrect, and one was missing. I've called over a dozen times over several days but nobody ever picks up or returns voice mails.No response from emails.

    Quite surprised to see this, Apparently, you left this review prior to our conversation where I personally made sure that the missing tube was overnighted to you, and I see by the tracking that you did in fact get the part. As was discussed also, calling in the middle of a week of horrible weather might have played a part.You did mention the BBB in one of your many repeated messages, so it seems you decided to do this anyways, regardless of outcome.Thanks for your business.

    Ordered a defrost timer for the fridge. The part they shipped didn't match the picture. It was a different model. They claim the part they sent is compatible, it's not even close.

    The appearance of the timer is not relevant to the application, we cannot help when manufacturers sub parts, it's quite normal. The connector is keyed and you can't hook it up wrong in any case. I checked by name, found your order, found that you requested a return and it was approved. I do not see that you have returned it, however I refunded your eighteen dollars and the shipping.sorry you aren't satisfied. If you haven't yet shipped it back, just toss it out.

    I recently purchased a replacement igniter for my Samsung oven from Genuine Appliance Parts. I could not be happier with the service I received from the company. Installing the part and revitalizing my oven has revitalized my marriage. My wife was so happy that the stove, once again, worked to perfection. The prices Genuine Appliance Parts charge are reasonable and better than other websites, and most of all, I can rely on the parts from Genuine Appliance Parts to work! I have subsequently recommended Genuine Appliance Parts to friends and colleagues and look forward to future business. I consider this company to be a provider of excellent customer service and parts quality.

    Genuine Appliance Parts was great to work with. Our expensive stove was discontinued. No parts were available for its repair. Genuine Appliance Parts repaired our motherboard and got it back to us faster than they said it would take them. They did a fabulous job for us. The replacement stove would have been close to 5k.

    Thank you *****! Sometimes there are supply issued for the components required to complete repairs and it can take a little longer. But yes, there are many instances where there is a VERY fast turnaround. As you stated, a replacement stove would be big bucks.     We needed a light switch for our sub-zero refrigerator. Unfortunately we gave an incorrect address for delivery in our rural area. The item was returned from the post office. We contacted customer service and the owner responded by immediately forwarding a new part with expedited delivery at no charge even before the returned item had been received at their warehouse. We are very pleased with the cost of the part and customer service. They will be the first source we will look to for our appliance needs.
