    I chose to redeem my rewards for a $50 and $25 gift card for Sephora. They say it takes 3 days and ur reward will arrive in email. No it arrived in my account after 8 days and was for Ulta not what I chose. Its not their choice to choose who I use my rewards with. I rlgace sent numerous emails with computer generated responses and told oh well give it to someone. Really this is a joke and I want my rewards for Sephora NOT ulta

    We have reviewed this user's account activity in question. We have already addressed is user's concerns in previous communications.

    We do not show any unauthorized access to this user's account, and we also show that this user did in fact redeem two Ulta Beauty gift cards which were made available for their use on 6/21/2023. All reward redemptions are final. Once a reward is available for use, we are unable to make any changes. All gift cards are subject to a 3-day redemption delay. When the redemption process is started, the reward is held for 3 days, during which our users can cancel the redemption if they so choose. As these rewards are fully processed, these gift cards can not be canceled or exchanged.

    For future reference, reward redemptions that are still in the processing stage will have a "Cancel Reward" option that is visible when you tap on the reward in the My Rewards section of the Rewards tab. Tapping on this will cancel the processing of it and refund you the points that were spent on the reward. Kindly note that the option to cancel a reward may not be available for future redemptions.

    I have been using this app for quite some time. I've had several problems with the app. I am disabled with my back so it's hard for me to shop in person, so I have to have my groceries delivered, or pick them up, which does not provide a paper receipt. I have a family of 6 at home, so I spend ALOT on groceries every week. I emailed support about not being able to link to my ******* account to upload my ereceipts. They just suggested to troubleshoot, and if that didn't work to keep trying. It never worked and I wasn't about to email again just to be brushed off. I started shopping in person (hard as it was) just to get a paper receipt to scan. I would also add to my grocery list, items that Fetch was offering bonus points on, that I knew my family would eat. I started racking up points then. I recently opened up my own little side business selling Pepsi/Gatorade items at sports events, social events, so I started buying these items in bulk. I have saved up the money for years to be able to start this little side business for myself due to my disability. I use my OWN PERSONAL MONEY to purchase EVERYTHING. So of course I should be rewarded for my purchases. I received points for all of the paper receipts I scanned of my purchases. I only claimed 3 separate gift cards and still had plenty of points left. Then all of a sudden, after emailing the support team because I can't check on the status of my redemption, I get a response telling me that my account has been deactivated due to violating TOS. I now believe that this company is a scam. There's no problem when you only have very few points, but when you start gaining more points, the company puts a stop to it real quick and shuts you down. It's just another gimmick and I know there has to be more to it, especially after reading everyone's else complaints of the same thing happening to them. I'll just wait for the day i get a letter in the mail to be a part of a class action lawsuit that has been filed against them.

    I had over ****** rewards points and tried submitting for advertised rewards and they deactivated my account claiming fraud with no proof. They cannot continue to advertise that they give you points to earn rewards and then refuse to pay claiming that they can, at their discretion deactivate an account because they dont want to pay up. This behavior is disgraceful. People spend the money, scan the receipts and they refuse to pay absolutely unprofessional and unethical!

    I havent used fetch rewards in the last 9 months, but my friend has due to my inactivity, so she had gotten logged into my account. Now ********************** is saying my account is inactive due to fake receipts and also a deletion request when k havent done any of that. They havent been responding to NONE of my emails. Ive filed support tickets and sent 4+ emails, which none has gotten a response to. I really wanted my account to be reactivated, but fetch has been ignoring me and wont respond.

Although this user states that their friend is sole responsible for the fake receipts, all users are responsible for their own Fetch accounts. Our team has also found that the first few receipts scan on this account are fake.

    This type of activity goes against our Terms of Service.     I've paid these scammers close to 10 grand for a 2 pets policy (1 dog, 1 cat) over the course of the past 5 years. Healthy animals, and I thought I was doing the right thing to get them insured for their old days. The maybe 4 claims I did total in 54yrs they declined as the amounts were below their ridiculous minimum. No big deal, I felt it was a bit abusive when I signed, but I agreed to it. Then recently my cat developed kidney disease. Upsetting, but expected for a 17yrs old cat, and a portion of the expensive bills would be covered by Fetch, right? Wrong. They used covid and my inability to match the annual vet visit then (15mths instead of 12mths between 2 visits) to completely decline any claim, blaming that kidney disease on my so-called negligence. But they're still okay to charge me $2000 to cover nothing. I demanded an immediate termination of service bot by email, on their portal, and as they indicated, by calling them (and requesting a callback, which never came). They then proceeded to charge me my annul fee 2 weeks later again. So credit card chargeback and BBB complaint it is. Don't give a cent to these scammers.

    On June 4, 2023, I attempted to redeem points I had been awarded as a result of my receipt submission. I was informed on June 5 that my request had not been honored because I didn't have enough points to fulfill the order when in fact I did; I requested assistance for this issue and was told that my points were deemed invalid for "fraudulent activities" with no explanation of what this actually meant.I challenged this reversal by reminding them that I received no warning beforehand and in fact, had already submitted these receipts to be manually reviewed so that they could add points for missing offers or offers that weren't immediately detected during the initial submission. I have submitted nine separate receipts and they were all corrected without incident; in fact, I have only had one receipt that did come back as "Your receipt was unable to be processed" after one such review. I can only come to the conclusion that these points were "fraudulent" the moment I submitted a redemption request.As of now, any additional contact initiated have resulted in a general form letter which is why I am seeking your intervention. Since I have already had these receipts reviewed and approved manually before redemption and the points were rewarded, I want any restrictions that have been placed on my account removed and the point totals completely restored.

    They have given no reason to justify their unwillingness to return the points that were deducted and to deny my redemption request.  As stated before, there were several reviews of all of the receipts that were submitted before any redemption request was made, reviews that were necessary so that they would know the appropriate amount of points to reward in the first place.  They had no issue with any of my receipts or their contents when determining the point value manually which would completely contradict their explanation that somehow there were only errors found at time of redemption, when previous escalated and manual reviews properly assigned points based on the offers completed.

    On the Fetch app, they claim to give customers ****** points for the first time use of Good Rx. I signed up for Good Rx however I was not able to use it because I had private insurance. I did not use Good RX until 5/26/2023 for the first time. I was supposed to get ****** points for this use. However, I was not awarded the points. I have attempted customer service several times but they keep telling me I was awarded the ****** points on 1/1/2022. I checked my rewards balance as they told me to and these points were not awarded on 1/1/2022. There were no points added to my account on 1/1/2022. There were no time periods at all that had ****** points added in one month in the entire time I have had this account. I have provided screen shots of all this information and they still will not believe me or add the points. I have told them they were not looking at the same information I have because there is no evidence of ****** being given at any time. Let alone on 1/1/2022. I would like to have the points added to my account as stated on the Fetch app.

We show that the ****** points for the first-time use of the GoodRX code associated with the user's account, were awarded on 1/1/2022. The screenshots provided within this complaint are summaries of the user's previous receipt scans. The ****** points would not be reflected under the receipt scan history, it would have been reflected as an increase to the user's point total.

    The ****** points from this addition were then used for a $10 Amazon reward redemption, on 1/9/2022. I have attached a screenshot of the ****** points that were added to the user's account on 1/1/2022.

    I have been using Fetch to scan receipts and earn rewards. I use my own receipts, as well as some that were given to me by people who didnt need them. I worked hard to earn points and when I reached enough to redeem ********* for a $50 Amazon gift card, I was told my account was deactivated. I complained and asked for them to show me where in their rules I had not followed directions. They didnt show me, just said it was at their discretion. I have read so many complaints about people having this same thing done to them. They dont want to give me credit towards my deserved reward.

    Ive been using a app called Fetch Rewards and recently I noticed that my account was acting funny and I emailed them and they said that my account is deactivated and I can no longer use their services and theyre not going into detail about what happened but theyre saying that Ive been using someone elses information which is not true and these points on the app you can use to receive gift cards or money and they arent letting me get access to my gift cards I redeemed or my points . and when I ask for more questions, they just keep sending an automated message and I cannot get to someone I would like to get my app back and be able to use the app and use my gift cards that Ive add on the app. And see why they deactivated my account because what theyre saying in the email which is disclosed does not make any sense and when I ask for the questions they keep sending me the same email over and over and Ive used these services for a long time and for them to take away, my gift card is highly unacceptable and I have read reviews have they done this numerous people and they need to be stopped.
