    Support team does not support. I sent an email about a problem I’m having signing in because my email was hacked and I need to have my account transferred to my new account. Dont give out an email addres for support if you have no intention of helping me fix the problem.

    If I could give them a zero review I would this is a total scam is what it is after I have been scanning all of our gas, groceries, dining and retail receipts and I was almost getting close to getting 15,000 points it shows I have 5,000 because it asked me to update the APP. I’m a very dissatisfied customer. This is screw up scam ! *****

    Fetch randomly deactivated my account with NO WARNING saying that I switched the items on my receipt to participating brand items even though the items I purchased were the correct items I scanned. Ive been using the app since 2021 and think its totally unfair to do this with no (valid) warning. I also had a gift card that I had been waiting to receive by tomorrow that I had used 25k points on which I guess Im no longer getting. :-/

    I did not like nor trust nor did they provide as promised and when trying to delete my account they told me no. That they had 45 days to review and approve. I found this unethical and should be able to delete and app account at MY discretion NOT THEIRS

    Scam! Fraudulent! I have scanned receipts for months from Kohl’s, liquor, groceries, diapers, gas, car maintenance, Rx, restaurants, etc for a family of 5 with two grandchildren and an elderly parent, they took my data and info and even my Amazon receipts and then abruptly shut me down with no warning or interaction until Ii took formal action to inquire as to what happen to my rewards card that was in my account and then suddenly gone and inquired about one that i never received. After days of waiting for response I received a basic robot response stating they shut down my account. Now they have my info/data and I have no account and no rewards that i spent so much time providing. No resolution and no customer service.

    They bogus and **** my account down for a mistaken receipt as I didn’t receive all of my points for the purchased items. I keep messaging them and no help. They’re full of ****!! I don’t recommend them. It’s a shame it came to this as been a customer for years and told my friends and family about this app. Now I can’t even get my points I worked so hard to rack up.

    This is the worse app. I was collecting points for a long time and then when I "cashed" half of them in for a gift card, they went and removed over **** points stating I submitted Fraudulent receipts, which I did not. I emailed them stating such and asked them to send me these "fraudulent" receipts for I'm sure I still have them and they responded with , "the points were removed and not going back into your account". I have now uninstalled the app. I really wish this company would get looked into.

    We are not happy when we have to deduct points from an account, however, we must do so if those points are earned by violating our Terms of Service. Please read our Terms of Service so you can build back up those points.

    Customer service is helpful when you realize they have missed giving you your points. They miss a lot of points!! But when brought to their attention they return them. Also, they only let me load 35 receipts in 7 days. That limits what I can load.
