  Scammers!!!1) I scan receipts and approach ****** points for a gift card.2) They change the requirement to ****** points for the same card.3) As I approach the ****** points, they "update" the software without warning or notice so it won't work on my phone.4) They tell me to delete the old version and upload the new version.5) I follow their directions.6) The new version will not load on my phone.7) They offer as solutions to get a new phone or use someone else's phone.Note: they have been and continue to offer points to get friends to sign up with their software. 8) Because my phone works fine and I choose not to put my information in someone else's phone and will not expose a friend to this scamming company by involving them with Fetch that "solution" is not an option.9) I've got a stack of receipts that would've put me over the number required for a $20 gift card but they've locked me out of access to the program to upload them (again, without warning or any sort of notice).10) Since I'm so close to qualifying, I requested that they simply send me the card. They said no.11) I've requested multiple times to speak with a person with the authority to ***** the card or resolve this. They said no. They've refused to elevate my case to a higher level of management.Based on my experiences with them, I can confidently assert that hey are thieves, liars, and fraudsters and recommend not doing any business with them and especially not involving your friends or family, etc. with them.

  Fetch just did the same thing to me, I cashed in on a high gift card that I’ve been saving up for and finally got enough points they waited a couple days then said it was fraudulent and they took my gift card along with my points something needs to be done this is taking time from people! It’s not right

  They waited until I process gift cards and after a day or two all of a sudden I get a notification that says that supposedly I committed fraud and it took away a whole bunch of my points. I've used their service a lot in the past and I've never had issues. And I find it strange that they waited to a process some cards to all of a sudden say that I committed fraud. I think what it is is that higher the gift card that you go for or when you go for multiple gift cards is when they decide that they will take away points so that way that cuts back on them.

  Worst app ever. The customer service is completely inadequate and incapable of resolving my simple login issues. They have accused me of having a third party rigged phone when I have in fact, a new top of the line Samsung Galaxy phone. It is their software that is poor. Don’t waste your time. They will most likely hack your information.

  Have been a loyal fetch user since 2021 . I tell numerous people about the app.. for me it's worth it as I shop alot.. I donate a fair amount to several food pantries in my area. I have been accumulating alot of points recently and transfer them all to my Amazon account. I also have had to contact fetch when big points weren't awarded to my account. You have to double check always..Todsy I got an email saying my account was terminated as I was using numerous receipts that weren't mine.. explain how I am doing that.. I shop 2 to 3 times a day... not happy and will gladly tell people to not bother with fetch anymore

  If I could give them zero stars I would! I sent in receipts, and got a 50 dollor reward for Walmart, just for them to close out my account citing fraud! They are a scam!

  Saved points for over a year finally enough points to get a gift card I choose visa gift cards supposed a cash gift card you can't get cash or use it on Google pay or apple pay it's the useless bs I ever seen

  Customer service is what it comes down to the gift cards got me locked outta my Amazon prime account all the had to do was give me anything that said the gift cards were mine but refused to do so so not only did I not get to use the gift cards lost oun my two month prime membership which Amazon is getting pretty bad on customer service as well

  Fetch is stealing reward points from scanning receipts. They just took 10k points after I cashed in for a gift card.. canceled the gift card and then ACCUSED me of scanning fraudulent receipts because receipts were folded. Well I fold my receipts to put them in my wallet and I scan later. That doesnt make them fraudulent. They also will offer bonus points for shopping at certain stores and then when you scan the receipt they alter the name or the business so if doesnt accumulate the bonus points.

  I lost all my points because I didnt use it for a few months. Waste of time and information. Worst rewards app where they actually punish you. Save your time and find better rewards apps because this one is a waste.
