    I have begged for help so many times from customer service and I get nothing! I am owed points from purchases and the e receipt feature does not work!! The company needs to honor the offers advertised and stop putting me off!! I am owed 9000 points for an Amazon purchase and 7500 for an Ulta purchase. Make this right Fetch!!

    Hey there *****! The email address that you're using for eReceipts is not an accepted email domain for our eReceipt feature. All eReceipts that are not Amazon or ******* orders are limited to certain email domains. Our iOS users are only able to connect to Gmail and Outlook email address domains for the time being.     Im very disappointed in fetch I can no longer redeem my points. As several others have mentioned I am getting a message saying they can't verify my phone number as it's associated with another account. I have only one account and one phone number. I communicated several times with customer service. Not helpful at all I keep getting the same response that my phone number is associated with another account. I have no number to call to talk with a person . So frustrating

Once a valid mobile phone number has been verified, you will have access to all of the features Fetch has to offer. Check with family members or friends to ensure that they have not accidentally verified your phone number on their account.     Constantly missing points that I am owed for products I've purchased. The most common one is Pepsi. They claim 10 points for every $1 spent, but refuse to give me the points. Even after correcting the receipt multiple times. Customer support is no help, and are unknowledgeable about the issues in the programming.

    I use to love Fetch. I have 2 $50.00 gift cards and I am able to redeem points for another $50.00. Unfortunately, I think Fetch has decided to not award gift cards because when I try to redeem them, I get a message saying they can't verify my phone number as it's associated with another account. I have only EVER had one account and one phone number. They offer absolutely no assistance with this. There is nothing you can do as there's no phone number to contact them. This is their way of bailing on you and s******* you! Beware!

    Fetch took 29,000 points from me when I redeemed for a reward they claim I submitted fraudulent receipts at some point but have failed to let me know which ones. But they are completely wrong as I do not submit fake receipts much less know how to do that. Be aware folks!

    Again Fetch stole ****** points from me and claimed I snapped fake receipts, they respond with no evidence what so ever and keep using the same talking points over and over, they will do it again here just wait! Avoid these crooks at all cost

    Anytime I've had a problem with a receipt not scanning or missing points ( not enough) customer service has been on top of it, helpful, fast and efficient. I really, really think you should know how happy I am to be not dismissed over something small, rather was surprised at the great service I got.

    I Have had FETCH now for a while and Love it . Got $50. Gift now I'm working on the second one . I have never had any trouble . I also like how when you put in your receipts it keeps up with how much you spend and where you spend it . This is a Great App I love it

    This company is scamming people. I tried to redeem my 50 dollar gift card after earning enough points from buying my infant diapers and they deactivated my account instead. They said I had duplicate receipts but the system literally does not allow you to submit duplicates. It gives no points if you accidently take a second picture. The app constantly was faulty and gave error messages saying try again later. This is not my fault. I earned enough for 100 dollars worth of gift cards. They are false advertising
