Problem was not solved whatsoever. It's really a shame that I've had this phone with this phone number and this app that I have loved and spread about across my friends only to find out that my phone number has somehow been registered with another account that I have no access to. So because of that I have wasted all of my time Gathering all these points for a reward that I will never receiveFetch

I stopped using their insurance December 12, 2022… I’ve been in contact with the company numerous times an have not given me any detail of what’s going on and why they’re still payments being processed… anybody that works there just tells me that they have no additional information…. And how convenient is it that they tell me to call back every Friday and they’re close for the weekend …. The company even reassured me that the payment would not be taken out and they put a stop payment immediately on my file ……Unacceptable …..today this company took out another payment, and my account is not even active with them from DECEMBER 12 2022!!!!!!! … I’ve had to make claims with my bank to receive my money back because this company just tells me every time I call them they have no additional information… they don’t know what’s going on, but they know how to take my money out without my permission…. Yesterday I got a notification about updating my payment information which again should not even be asking me because my account MY ACCOUNT IS NOT ACTIVE!!!!! I changed all my banking information with my bank… I even got a brand new card with a totally different number…Fetch still took out another payment today, which has made it impossible for me to pay bills… my bank is now doing a fraud investigation…. I would suggest that everybody think twice about trusting this company. They are not helpful and they take advantage. Even though I have called numerous times and talk to pretty much everybody who works there or not one person has called me back… not one person send me an email about what’s going on… I was very nice and very respectful and the fact that they’re still taking money out of my account is so disgusting… the fact that it asked me to update my banking information and I didn’t and it’s still taking money out of my account shows me that this is not a trustful company… I’m appalled and I wish I never got any insurance with this place..Fetch

I work for a home, hospice care
A few coworkers and I collect our receipts at the end of the week, and I scan them into my phone into this app, so that we may purchase groceries for residence or any coworkers that are in need.
I read the terms of using Fetch app, and it states that you cannot have more than one account or scan/create fake receipts or scan receipts that aren’t yours. My coworkers are obviously well aware that we are jointly putting together our receipts so that we get to buy groceries for people; but I was not aware that this would cause such an issue for Fetch
I have reached out on multiple occasions to them, and the only thing I receive an email telling me that my account is inactive.
However, my points that were originally there are still in the account. I think it’s only right to at least warn me through the email, that what I was doing was not appropriate, obviously, I was completely unaware that it was or I would have stopped and we could all use separate accounts; we were only doing what was most convenient.
And if giving a warning email isn’t protocol, at least allow us to cash out the points for a gift card for groceries and then allow me to delete the account from my phone.
I have emailed and reached out multiple times without being given the chance to explain the situation and it’s heartbreaking to know that my account shorted so many people groceries that they wouldn’t have to worry about finding a way to purchase.
I just want to know why I was never given a warning or an opportunity to cash out the points that we had already accumulated. I think it’s only right to at least honor the work that we had all put in to get those points and then close my account if they need me to.Fetch

Duplicate Receipts Would You Please State Which Receipts Are Duplicated? IS Not Fair The Statements That You Are Highlighting. Would You Please Foward This To Your Supervisor, You Have To Listen To My inquiries I just Trying to Redeem Just A $50 Gift Card For 46,300 Points on 01/15/2023 Then Instead of Receive My Gift card on 01/18/2023 You Substract 40,000 Points on My Account You never Gave Me 40,000 Points On A Receipt. One of the most frustrating experiences with an app I have ever had. Constantly... I have to reconnect my Walmart account. WHY? Most of the special deals for points do not work right and I have to put in a ticket to get my purchase points. The app reads the receipts incorrectly. I had one this past week that was in French. I get a response from them that it's basically my fault.... bad lighting, poorly scanned receipts. I guess I am too dumb to take a picture of a receipt. I am currently waiting and waiting and waiting for my latest Walmart receipt to process. My Walmart account had to be reconnected (AGAIN) Now that I finally got that done it is taking FOREVER to scan my email for the receipt. It looks like another ticket will be sent in for help. There are a lot of points on this latest receipt that I want credit for. I can't wait to get enough points to cash out for a card so I can delete this aggravating app!Fetch

Terrible customer service. They deactivate accounts with no warning and do not notify customers of this. I had to reach out to them instead of the other way around. After reading other reviews, it is clear that this is not the first time this has happened. Points and values are arbitrary, and the company has some very scam-like practices.Fetch
