    I have been trying to get my HSA card to pay for some medical expenses that have happened this year. I have called multiple times and have gotten zero answers until recently. They told me my account is locked ( something I could have been told MONTHS AGO!!). Communication is not good and really frustrating especially when it takes 5 plus days to unlock my account so my employer can then reissue a card that has been locked for almost a year, but it only takes according to the person I talked to 3-5 business days to look over a claim and get reimbursed. I have never had this many issues with my previous HSA account or had to wait this long to have access to funds or to even receive an HSA card. I have always been reimbursed within 24 hours with previous companies and any issues are resolved within that time frame as well. I asked HR if I could go back to my old HSA, but I am required to use TASC to get my employers funds since they deposit funds every month. Very upset and just want to be able to have access to my HSA to hurry and get everything fixed and paid for.

    As everyone else has said, this is absolutely the worst company in this sector I've ever dealt with. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I wasted my time attempting to escalate problems. As an HR professional, they created so much headache and problems and cost my company thousands of dollars. And, as others have said, they just plain DO NOT CARE. I feel so bad for the employees here...do they KNOW they don't have to work for an unethical dumpster fire of an employer?
    Website is outdated and hard to use, good luck solving any problems you encounter, fees are high for the subpar site and service. RUN away from this company.

    I am going to start by saying STAY AWAY! I would agree 100% with those saying that TASC and its team members are by far one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. You can't get any further than a "Resolution Specialist", which absolutely does not care to try to find a resolution. Their company "by mistake" deleted all of our employees out of their system, in which employees then received notification that benefits had been terminated. Their "mistake" is documented in emails. They are now saying that we failed to provide them with the information they asked for, again provided in emails- and now saying those emails and communication aren't sufficient as it was provided to a sales rep and not a customer care representative or service representative. Both of those departments aren't able to provide you an email for communication, or to send documentation to. Their services were never even put into place, as I mentioned earlier they "by mistake" deleted and terminated everyone on their end. Fast forward to a year later, they are saying we never signed a cancellation form, and want us to pay for a 3 year contract.
    I would give ZERO stars, but that is not an option

    I will join in with the rest of the 1 start reviews because you cannot give ZERO stars.
    TASC is the worst company I have ever worked with in my 60 years on earth.
    My warning is to stay away from this company.
    Poor customer service, terrible problem resolution, and they seem to not care.
    You cannot email their customer service directly, getting a human on the phone is difficult (be prepared to wait a long time), their website limits the number of characters you can use when corresponding, and they do not return phone messages.
    When I asked them to contact me by phone via a certified USPS letter I got a return email that did not answer any questions and directed me back to their customer portal that hss not worked for a year. A circus of customer service.
    I have confirmation of cancelling service from them, they continue to send invoices for services not rendered, and recently sent a note that I cannot renew (I cancelled a year ago) unless the "open" invoices are paid.
    Run, to not walk from this company.

    I'm a small business owner and unfortunately was recommended to use this company for my staff benefits. I've never been more frustrated by a company. It is so frustratingly next-to-impossible to make any changes to accounts. With two companies and over 25 staff this quickly became a nightmare. After so many hours on hold and in loops of online service requests I tried to cancel our accounts. Of course this just led to months of requests and confusion trying to get them to cancel everything. All the while I was paying them. I am too angry to add up how much money was spent while in the process of trying to cancel. This is the first company I've ever bothered to write a negative review of, but I truly hope no other employer ever uses them.

    AWFUL company! Horrible customer service. You can't even talk to someone! They are holding our healthcare FSA benefit funds hostage since Feb 2022 .... it is AUGUST 2022 as I write this. If you have any other option for an FSA, TAKE IT!

    If I could leave zero stars, that's what I would do! After 4/30/22, TASC will not reimburse any of my non-requested funds from 2021. I hope employees, CEOS, and everyone who is on their payroll are HAPPILY THRIVING while taking food off the plate of my 3 year old, and myself. Single, working parents shouldn't be used and left out to dry like this, but that's how this company did me. Good for you, excellent job! Keep disguising yourself as a BENEFIT.

    I couldn't agree more with the previous comments. I'll spare the readers the details, but let's just say their policies, procedures and systems are antiquated; their communication is horrible; and customer service representatives give new meaning to the term "customer service". When I questioned one of the apparent policies today and how technology has advanced well beyond the point of addressing this problem, she said that this particular feature of the website was designed 10 years ago, and they do not want to change it. Incredible!

    I thought I got money reimbursed like I had in past when i worked for the company prior. They told me it doesnt work that way any more when i talked to supervisor. I have to use TASC credit card which wont work for me to much money. Got different response from worker prior. Supervisor said company i work for could cancel account and company would be reimbursed . I called and talked to supervisor and account was canceled July 21. Company i work for says they cancelled have not been reimbursed yet. That was July 21 ten days ago

    Awful customer service. As the employer, we weres unaware that we were required to manually remove online each employee who no longer participates in TASC or else that employee continues to remain "Active" and the employer continues to get charged every quarter for each "Active" employee. Customer service, for some reason, said that this is something that cannot be handled over the phone and that I must submit a "Support Request", which turns out it hardly gives you any room to describe your situation due to the limited number of characters you are allowed. We had unknowingly been charged for inactive employees for years even though we had not even submitted contributions on their behalf. I will try sending TASC a letter via U.S. Mail since I was not able to fully explain via their limited "Support Request".
