    I've been trying to get our services cancelled for three months. Their customer service, agents and supervisors, are useless. Like the previous reviewer noted, their process is antiquated. Everything has to get processed on a service request, and they seem to purposefully do everything piece-meal to draw things out as long as humanly possible. You will never get any confirmation communication. You must spend hours and hours on the phone over weeks and weeks to follow-up to find out if any part of your request has been processed. Then, they'll try to eek out every dollar they can from you. I've never been as disappointed with a service provider. So glad we're quitting TASC!

    Lousy customer service. I bought a shirt that was too large and I tried to exchange it for a smaller one. I was told that they did not receive it and that I should have used their return label. There is no return shipping label provided on their site. I checked before buying a label on my own. I then sent a message with the tracking number of the package. I was told that the package was delivered to an address in Toledo, Ohio. I then sent the tracking information that stated that the package that I sent was delivered to New Orleans (where they are located) with all of the pertinent information. They sent me a message with a fake tracking number and the correct tracking number and said that I had sent that fake number first. I have a copy of the emails that I sent them and I never sent that fake number. Finally I just asked for a refund. They sent me a refund which is processing now for $0.66. I paid $37.83. I don't know what I can do now but I'm not giving up! This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. Stay away from Tasc Performance!

    We have been a customer of TASC for a number of years. We are a small business with one employee for an HRA. Their online system used to be simple and intuitive for our small business. Now it is a disaster. I would like a list of all our medical transactions. Nope. Their new online program is terrible. Their "support" is almost entirely offshore now, and they are difficult to understand.

    They live to make our lives painful and miserable. They are slow to approve any reimbursements, and slow to make funds available to transfer. The process is antiquated. But they love to deny receipts and not provide any basis or reasoning for their decision. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they enjoy listening to the tears of their customers. I am sure they feel some sort of satisfaction in making the customer service experience as miserable as they possibly can.

    TASC is the epitome of incompetence and a constant source of headache and frustration. For dependent care reimbursements, the company says it accepts verifications in lieu of receipts. The verification should be a straightforward process. Despite providing precisely what is requested in the verification form, my requests for reimbursement are routinely denied for no reason other than the processing employees' apparent inability or refusal to read the submitted form. I will be and am routinely told that I must submit a verification when I have already provided a clear verification which lays out all of the information TASC would need to process the reimbursement swiftly. Trying to document the extent of necessary follow up inquiries is impossible as TASC provides no reliable system for recording the full extent of user complaints, inquiries, and issues. This is no doubt intentional. The "support request" system, which can only be accessed via the website and does not provide any email confirmation, does not allow for a dialogue with the company. Instead, a user must select from limited "topics", none of which are applicable, and submit a request within the TASC website, which TASC will then mark as "complete" in short order despite having failed to address the request/complaint/inquiry or provide any resolution. Convenient for TASC; useless and a waste of time for disgruntled users like myself. I have routinely been left banging my head against the wall while TASC holds for extended periods of time and without legitimate reason funds to which I am 100% entitled under the law. A "one-star" rating gives this company too much credit.

    My organization moved to TASC from a different FSA. TASC is terrible! I have to spend time uploading documentation for practically every charge- this includes payments made at radiology, orthodontist, etc. Ridiculous! Often after I upload the documentation the attachment will sit there for months. If I'm lucky, it will be verified. If I call, I get a lecture about why they need verification, but no actual assistance. I'm concerned about not being able to use the money on my account- that 's how difficult they make it. This is supposed to be a benefit, and I'm considering not using it in the future because it's completely inefficient. CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES, PLEASE!

    Do not even think of doing business with this company. Absolutely no regard for their customers, + terrible customer service + fees for no reason at all. I am not kidding when I say this, they are the worst company we have ever done business with, and we have been in business for 30 years. They will rope you into contracts and then 'auto renew' every 3 years without any consent so its a pitfall of a money trap to even consider doing business with them.

    Wish I could give less than 1 star. Takes payment immediately but won't reinstate COBRA coverage for 2-4 weeks! That is crazy.

    Absolutely garbage company. Do not do business with them. They are completely unethical and morally bankrupt. I wish I had never heard of TASC.
